Great service there and back - Read a lot of negative reviews on here about Andaman but we had the perfect service. Collected from Yama hotel at kata on time in lovely AC van and taken to the pier. All in time straight through and s small wait to board the ferry. Sat in comfortable seats very relaxed. Then walked up and had some sunshine while watching Phi Phi approach. Then speedboat to Laemtong. All very smooth. On way back we did the speedboat all the way back with the airport transfer included. Ran like clockwork Great service

Worker sold us ferry tickets to the wrong destination - We asked for ferry tickets to Ao Nang and the guy quickly said yes and charged us, however when we went to use them we saw the same guy again and we clarified we were there for the Ao Nang ferry and he agreed again and motioned us to get in the ferry. We got sceptical as we heard ppl saying they were going to Phuket so we asked other workers who finally told us the ferry was going to Phuket. Luckily we were there early and some workers helped us sort it out and agreed to give us a refund but that one guy who sold us the tickets wouldn’t let us get a refund. We had to purchase other tickets for a speedboat there that day. Be careful. Bad service, they just want money and don’t care.
