Snorkeling day - This was one of my highlights of my vacation in Thailand. Everything was really enjoyable. Would revisit this trip again.

More snorkeling - If I were to book this now I'd book the full day trip. Fins were not included in the snorkeling equipment which is a bit regrettable, and there was quite little snorkeling eventually compared to what we expected. Because of jellyfish we completely skipped the main snorkeling spot, and we wish there would be another alternative spot in cases like this. Otherwise this worked out very well, we were picked up at our hotel and taken good care of. They offered us some snacks on the trip aswell.

Good trip, nice people. - Good trip. I didn’t like when they charge me more than (double) said at booking time to catch me at the hotel, in the middle of a vacation, that girl couldn’t stop call me, desperate, a day before the trip. I understand they should charge what they feel like, but I wasn’t tell before. Even if I don’t agree with the extra charge I couldn’t book another trip with another place because I didn’t have the time, it was literally 15 hours before. It was awful. But the trip was awesome, the guys at the boat are very kind and helpful, very concerned with safety and we don’t feel hungry or thirsty anytime. Maybe the full day is too much, it’s too hot, the sun is savage. Half day seems a better idea to me.

Nice island trip - Nice staff om the boat. Had every Things under control. Snacks and drinks were transported to the Islands. Unfortunately jellyfish ruiner snorkling twice, but we Got to go on the 3rd island

Great value for money with good snorkeling experience - The half day experience was great (return to the pier around 1.30pm). The first stop was a bit long with just over an hour and a lot of people snorkeling in the same spot. It was a bit tricky that after about half an hour I felt I had seen enough but couldn’t properly relax at the beach; the vendors were everywhere and chairs were put on the beach right to the water so there was hardly any space to sit without buying a chair for 150THB. I’m not mad about the fact that you have to pay for a beach chair, I think that’s the case with most touristy beaches. It’s more the fact that you’re almost left with no other choice, and given that the tour starts in the morning and you reach the first stop, the idea of getting a beer and a chair is not very tempting. The second stop was great getting off the boat in the middle of the ocean by a coral reef, that was a great experience. The last stop is again an island with chairs to rent, which as an end of the trip around noon time was very nice in my opinion. In all 3 Spots I saw colorful fish and great corals, even though we had a full moon, strong tide and murky water, I still enjoyed it a lot. Half a day was sufficient, if you spend most time in the water it’s also exhausting enough after half a day. The only downside as described I see in the rather long time in the first stop with an unfortunate beach situation.

Long Day for half day tour - The hotel pick up was torture. We got off a cruise ship tender and found the hotel meet up. Then made 3 more hotel pick ups before the hour drive to the marina. This speedboat and islands were great. We did have to pay for beach chairs at 2 stops. Left Marina at 5:30 pm and didn’t get back to ship until 7:30 pm. For half a day tour we were on for 9 hours.

Too long journey, too short stay - Unfortunately, the arrival and departure time of 5 hours was much longer than the trip itself. You couldn't tell that from the description beforehand. If I had known, I would have preferred not to have done it. Instead of the hour described, the stay on each island was only 30 minutes, except for the last one. It was also very crowded. But that's not anyone's fault. The team was very nice and helpful.

Horrible ezperuence - Got picked up way to early and had to sit and wait 2 hours waiting for everyone else to arrive when ur was a 20 min journey to the dock. Then on the way home I had to sit and wait an hour for people off a completely different trip to show up and when asked how long i will be waiting for he said 1/2 hours he didn’t knoq

Cheated and charged - The tour operator never got in, touch with us in a timely manner to tell us where we were supposed to meet him. We walked up and down the street looking for someone with a sign or our names, and could not find anyone. They still charged us, even though we could not find where they were. I appealed the decision, but was told the operator had already incurred costs. I may never use Viator again let alone this company.

This was not a good... - This was not a good experience - snorkelling is sub standard and the boat was extremely crowded and bumpy.
