Amazing experience. - Shay was an amazing guide. He made us feel very safe (our first time on an e-bike) and made the experience a complete joy. I highly recommend doing one of his tours, you will not be disappointed.

Must do experience - On March 23rd Tom and Anne from Australia did a Ride to the Lake tour in Queenstown. We had originally booked to do the Ride to the Sky tour. We were glad that we had changed our mind. We had varied scenery, rides through the bush and had several informative stops. We really enjoyed this ride. The provided photos were exceptional. We highly recommend this tour. Not bad for a couple in their mid seventies.

Family friendly gorgeous ride! - Shay is the best guide ever! Attentive but allowing plenty of freedom for us to explore. He told hilarious jokes, suggested fun games, and kept the kids motivated the entire time. The bike trail was breathtaking, plenty of varieties and easy to navigate with the e-bike. Definitely the best way to explore around Queenstown. The terrific follow-up photo and video packet was unexpected but most appreciated! Amazing recap video too with the location of each photo. Thank you!!! Will definitely book it again when we are back in town.

Ride to the Lake - The 3 hour Ride to the Lake is a great outing. The ebikes are very good bikes and even if you have never been on an ebike, you will be taught the handling quickly. Shay and Amber are knowledgeable guides and it is a very safe ride. Definitely an activity in Queenstown that I would recommend.

Phenomenal experience! - Fabulous, exciting bike trip with terrific scenery and lots of local info. We’re so impressed that the guide can work with every level of rider, from pro’s to those of us who haven’t ridden in a while, and make us all comfortable and ensuring we have fun. Best Ebike Tour - We’ve done E Bike tours all over the world and this was the best. The quality of the bikes were amazing and Ksena was the best guide. Besides telling us about the scenery we were seeing he taught us a lot of mountain biking techniques we can use at home. Epic ride!

Super fun E-bike tour! - What a great tour! I've been coming to Queenstown for years and found some new unexplored areas that I never knew about. The bikes were top quality and our guide Jake was super knowledgeable and friendly.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! - I did a guided tour to the lakes, which was amazing!! The scenery was stunning, the bikes are so easy to ride and makes the journey FUN. Shay is so helpful and knows the area so well so you learn a lot too. He even takes all the photos and emails them to you that evening. It's such a great set up and I can't recommend this company highly enough. Thanks guys for a great afternoon out.

A highlight of our NZ trip - What a wonderful way to spend a morning! The views and the fun. It had been a while since I went for a bike ride, but Jordon our guide was patient, with him and the ebike I soon got confident and had a brilliant time. My hubby and children (2 adults and 1 teen) had a blast and challenged themselves to a harder track at the end. My teen son said it was so far the highlight of our NZ trip!
