Excellent Walking Food and Culture Tour of Pushkar - We did the Food and Culture tour with Pushkar Route on our first day in Pushkar and found it was a great way to orient ourselves and better appreciate and understand the context behind some of the practices and culture of this quaint, beautiful and surprising town. Manish was an excellent guide, imparting all of his local knowledge (his family has been here for seven generations) onto us and made us feel very comfortable. We were never pushed to visit stores and he also gave us many ideas of what we could do after our tour ended with our extra days in Pushkar. In my opinion that is the best type of guide - they give you all the information you need to appreciate and act appropriately while giving you the freedom to explore on your own later. Manish and team deserve all the success coming their way and their reviews are a testament to all of their hard, honest work - we would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Pushkar! Oh and the food was delicious!!!

This Pushkar tour is everything you’re looking for and MORE! - If you are visiting Pushkar, you MUST book this tour with Manish! He’s a 7th generation local and so knowledgeable about his hometown. He’s also a very kind and genuine human being that takes his time with teaching you all of the local traditions and customs while answering any questions along the way. My husband and I were touring from the United States and were looking for a cultural tour that highlighted the spiritual heart of Pushkar and of course the cuisine! We spent a full day with Manish, and he took us to all of the temple highlights while stopping along the way for delicious Rajasthani food! We never felt rushed or hurried. What an incredible way to get an inside look at the daily life in Pushkar. I highly, highly recommend this tour!

The BEST tour in Pushkar! Must do when visiting here! - We took a city tour and food tour with Manish and had the best time! He took us to places that we would have never found and had the best food in some very authentic places! In between the tastings, Manish took us to many of the temples in town and was able to explain everything. His English is perfect and very easy to understand. If you’re coming to Pushkar, you have to take his tour. It gives you a great overview of the city. We still have a few days in town and I’m so glad we took this tour so that we know where to explore during the rest of our stay!

This is more than just an eating tour! - Manish was very personable from the moment we met him. He took us to eateries that we would not normally visit and tasted good local cuisine. We also participated in a fascinating Hindu ceremony. I would hearty recommend this tour.
