c2a0First we will pick you up on our transportation to go from your hotel to bayahibe, once you get on the speed boat to start your journey to Saona Island by the Caribbean Sea, halfway through the navigation you will have a 45 minute stop at the beautiful natural pool , once the time has passed, you will advance your journey until arriving at the Saona Island where you will enjoy about 3 hours 30 minutes. At approximately 2.35pm you will board a beautiful catamaran to return to Bayahibe, at the Catamaran you will enjoy the party and the dance with our animation for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes! At the end, our transportation will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.

Saona Island is a heavenly haven flanked by pristine white beaches, clear turquoise waters, and endless palm trees.

We will arrange a pick-up from your hotel to Bayahibe in our vehicle. Here, we hop onto a Speedboat to commence the voyage to Saona Island in the Caribbean Sea. Along the way, we will have a 45-minute sojourn at the enchanting Natural Pool (Blue Lagoon) or sandbanks. This location offers a unique experience where you stand in the midst of the sea with water that is only 1 meter deep. You will also get an opportunity to visit the Starfish Sanctuary. After this, we’ll carry on to Saona Island, providing about 2 hours and 45 minutes of leisure time for island exploration.

A buffet-style lunch with a variety of side dishes and meats is served at 1:00 pm. On completion, you’ll embark on a stunning catamaran at about 2:40 pm to head back to Bayahibe. Aboard the catamaran, you’ll participate in a lively party complete with dancing and animation that lasts for around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Great day at beaches - Beautiful scenic place and friendly staff. Only issue was to loud of music. Other than that all was good even the food was pretty good buffet lunch

Great island experience - Amazing! Beautiful! Different experience than any other excursion we’ve done. Getting to the boat and the dock was a bit hectic and chaotic but once we got in the boat it was so much better. The excursion didn’t have enough alcohol For the amount of people on the boat. Only had one bottle of each which was a bummer bc they advertise as an open bar. But island was beautiful like one you would see in a post card.

Saona Island - Highly recommended excursion, the trip was by catamaran, with music and fun, in our case they did a photo session during the trip that lasted approximately two hours. On Saona Island the food was good, and the weather is good, on the way back we returned by boat and saw stars, a very beautiful experience. The only bad thing I found about the excursion was that they wanted to charge us a lot for the photo session.

Saona Island - Good excursion for this price, but not the best place at the beach in Saona. Nice organization and guide. The price is the cheapest what we found.

Excursion to Saona Island - I went on the Saona Island excursion. It takes two hours or so to get to Bayahibe where the boat picks you up. There we had to wait about an hour. When we got to the beach we got off and spent about 45 minutes on the island. Lunch is limited, it has little variety, everyone arrives very hungry because they leave at 7:30 and nothing else is eaten until they get to lunch around 1:30, there is a very long line for lunch, no. They have bottles of water, on the catamaran there is no beer, nor anything to eat, only rum and soda. When turning on the catamaran, the guide started yelling at a cool couple to start kissing each other on the mouth when there were small children in the boat. ship, the couple kissed and continued shouting another, another for them to kiss, I think that having children that should not happen in my opinion and even more so being the guide of the activity

The catamaran is very crowded and slow... the island is beautiful - We did not have a good experience with BDEXPERIENCE, they called us at 9 a.m. and we arrived at the island at 12:50 p.m.... everything was wait, and travel... once on the island, between eating something, you only have 2 hours to enjoy and the natural pool that they take you to in the afternoon we did not see a single star, the sea was dark and zero visibility... The island is beautiful, but so are the beaches of Bayahibe and I save money and travel time... Maybe I advise you to go but with a private trip or some faster and better way.!

Glorified boat ride and misleading expectations - The views were amazing… be prepared to be hungry and thirsty all day long. They pick you up at 6:30am, only provide food for you at 1pm, then you won’t get back to your hotel until 7-8pm. You will spend most of your trip, traveling in a bus/boat and from the island. The “open bar” they brag about, consists of only rum. Youll be harassed the entire time you are on the beach to buy souvenirs, which normally is ok, however when you spend hours traveling to your destination and are hungry and thirsty, you will soon get annoyed and pissed off very quickly. Set your expectations extremely low regarding the services advertised. Come prepared with your own food, drinks and alcohol or you will be very disappointed. This is a glorified ocean ride, enjoy the beautiful weather, water and views.

Didn’t show up or contact. - Nopeeee don’t book with this company unless you probably book with them directly. I went through Get Your Guide and they sent multiple messages stating the excursion is confirmed, the pick up time and multiple times to be on time or earlier outside but when they didn’t show up 30 mins… 1 hour with no contact through email about the delay or even answering their number I didn’t want to wait or waste my time for more than an hour. Even the next day they didn’t message back through Get your Guide or What’s App. Too many people probably book this for the price and they can’t keep up .
