A magnificent guided tour in Paradise - My husband and I arranged an overnight (stay in the park) tour of Torres del Paine for our short stopover on a cruise ship in Puerto Natales. We were met by guide Vicenzo and Driver Luis at the cruise dock and spirited away to paradise. Stops at majestic lookouts of the triple spires and the mountainous glacial ranges followed. Vicenzo was both knowledgeable and engaging and it took less than an hour to feel like family. Nothing was too much trouble, he took the time to imbed history and custom into our tour and helped us identify wildlife along the way. Our drivers Luis and Juan also had 'Eagle' eyes 👀 spotting hard to see wildlife. Our docking times changed at the last minute and Tours Punta Arenas were able to shift our itinerary around to maximise the hightlughta of the park. Sunsets and Sunrises, we would highly recommend this tour agency in the region. WOW - Darwin AUSTRALIA

Nico the man! - Nico was amazing. He has so much knowledge of the area and may as well be considered to be an encyclopedia. He has a passion for music too which made the car rides fun!

Best way to visit Torres del Paine if flying into Punta Arenas - I had a wonderful experience with Tours Punta Arenas. The booking experience was seamless and the communication via WhatsApp was very easy and promptly. I was very pleasantly surprised how well the tour went. My flight landed in Punta Arenas at 8am. My guide, Eduardo and my driver, Luis came to the airport picked me up right on time. The scenery 3 hr drive from Punta Arenas was really pretty with occasional commentary on the area, the animals and the history. Another 2 hr drive to Torres del Paine was fun. It was very sunny and slight windy but the park was amazing. Eduardo and Luis companionship made the long day fun and educational, of course with tons of pictures. They always find the best photo stops for me as well! Highly recommend this private tour and tours Punta Arenas tour company!

Fantastic Tour and Incredible Viewpoints - This was an incredible tour and highly recommend the private tours vs standard bus tours. There are many amazing viewpoints but also quick hikes which can be completely customized based on the rest of your trip. Having a personal driver and separate guide provided a great experience and the day was relaxing spending more time in some areas of the park and taking in a few hikes which can't be found on standard tours. Patagonia weather can be very unpredictable and being able to have the flexibility to alter dates and working with Veronica made this very easy. Highly recommend using this private service over any of the standard group tours!

Fantastic Torres del Paine Tour! - I had a great tour of the Torres Del Pain. My guide was named Eduardo and he was great, very knowledgeable and nice guy. Overall it’s a long day but beautiful scenery. I was picked up around 6am and arrived to the park around 10 am, from there we drove around the park for a few hours. Got to stop at many photo spots and felt like the tour was definitely worth it. We departed the park around 2pm and arrived back in Punta Arenas around 6pm. Overall great experience and I recommend the operator.

Great but a little pricey. - We had a really good day! The Patagonia was beautiful. Our driver Fabian was fantastic. He drove in some really rough weather! Eduardo was very nice- however he memorized what he needed to say so he spoke really fast and it was sometimes difficult to understand. We wished he told us more folklores and stories. He just gave us facts about things. He often went back to the car- so we had to take selfies instead of our guide being a part of the experience. He also didn’t let us know that the first stop for a break was our only chance to get something to eat. We survived on candy bars. We also didn’t know we needed to pay for the cave entrance. It was a really expensive day considering- tickets and lunch were not included- and the things we learned weren’t super interesting. However in wouldn’t have missed the scenery. We read many reviews were Eduardo was great- so maybe he was having an off day.

Torres del Paine private tour - The tour took us to al the places we wanted to go which were amazing. However we booked a private tour for four people but the vehicle provided was totally inadequate as the leg room in the rear seats was not enough for two adults (only suitable for children) and getting in and out of the rear seats was extremely difficult. The driver himself was excellent. The guide did not escort us to places like the park reception or cave reception and tour but left it to ourselves to work out what to do. We had to call the guide out of the car to explain what was required at the park entrance. The information he gave us was minimal and hard to hear against the vehicle and road noise. Therefore this did not live up to the expectation of a private tour
