Highly recommended! - I am so happy that I chose this private snorkeling excursion for our family. We have mixed age in our family including elderly and children. Both instructors were awesome (Jack Sparrow & Min Tee). They are kind, caring, and professional. Couldn't ask for more. They are simply the best! perfect trip - Family of 4 (kids 7 & 10) , we took the private kid friendly snorkelling trip. It couldnt have gone better , the locations were great , safe and with lots of coral & fish. The guide was perfect and gave our kids confidence in the water , he looked after us all and was very knowledgeable of the ocean. Pick up and drop off were well arranged and correspondance was all through wattsapp and very easy. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great private tour with children! - We had a private kid-friendly snorkel tour with On-Bird. It was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to others. We are a middle-aged couple with two children (12 and 11) and another 30-something couple without children. It was fun for all of us! Our guide made sure our children were taught the safety aspects of snorkeling, for both people and coral. Once our children became more comfortable, he allowed them to explore further and to dive down to the coral, all while making sure they were safe. I would use On-Bird again and I would definitely recommend this tour to a family with children.

Great family snorkeling trip - This was our first family snorkeling trip. We went with 11, 8 and 6 years old kids. We choose Onbird because we wanted to avoid big mass tour and Onbird focused on conservation and safety. We were not disappointed and highly recommend Onbird for a professional snorkeling experience. The tour had a total of 6 adults and 3 kids including our family. I liked how Onbird used speed boat for transportation. They took us to a shallow spot first to get everyone used to the equipment. Then we went to two other spots for snorkeling. Onbird studies visibility and takes you to the best spot on that day. The undersea world is so beautiful! There were two guides that went with the group. 1 guide for 4 adults and 1 guide for our family of 5. My 6 years old is not a strong swimmer and the guide helped pulled him away from the coral in shallow areas. It really showed that Onbird cares about the environment and the corals. During the trip, the youngest got tired half way and the guide helped bring him back to the boat so I can continue to snorkel. We choose to have underwater photography and I highly recommend this service so you can remember the snorkeling trip. At the end of the trip, Onbird took us to an island for drinks and fruits. The kids loved playing in the sand. I just wish we can stay in the water forever 😊

Amazing day - Really amazing trip. The guide Sunny is very patient and kind with my 7-year old son. He took care of him and us very well and taught us skills of snorkeling and showed us great locations to see beautiful coral reefs. Its beautiful day, safe trip for my son who is still learning how to swim and we enjoyed a lot.

Best tour I have ever done- anywhere! - This tour was the best I have done, anywhere. Very professional from the first contact. Very adaptable for our kids aged 6-9. Sonny- our guide arrived on time and spoke amazing English. He explained the plan, asked if we have any questions, answered all the kids questions. We had a little practice session in shallow water to familiarise ourselves with the equipment but also so Sunny could see our abilities.he was so funny, kind and safety conscious. The snorkeling was fantastic. So many fish, coral looked great. There were no other people or boats. We went to a few different sites then to a beach to have some fresh juice and fruit. It was a top day and the service was better than expected. You won’t regret any part of the trip.

Best snorkeling with kids - Since it was a snorkeling experience with young children, I looked into Korean-only companies and compared several local companies before deciding on the Onbird tour👍 Differences from other companies 1. A solo tour is possible without other people (you can travel leisurely without being pressed for time) 2. There is safety and snorkeling training time before snorkeling begins. 3. You can see the natural state of the sea rather than the artificial method of feeding the fish to make them gather (it is said that if you feed the fish with food such as bread to gather the fish, they will not be able to find food on their own and will eventually starve to death). 4. You can see a variety of colorful corals and countless fish. 5. Guides can provide close care even in the water, so there is no safety risk. One thing that was disappointing was that the boat was small, so it might be a bit difficult for those who are prone to seasickness. But it was okay because they took care of all such situations! Oh, and other places include meals, but at Onbird, they are served outside of meal times, so please keep in mind! Not eating was also an effort to protect nature, so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience😊 At Onbird, the efforts to protect nature in the sea were most emphasized while explaining, and I could still feel that sincerity even while snorkeling, so it was a great opportunity to teach and make the children feel why we must save and protect the sea. I also tried whale shark tours and hopping tours in Cebu, Philippines, but the kids were afraid of going into the sea without prior training, so they couldn't do it properly and were disgusted and refused to go hopping. However, through this Onbird snorkeling, the kids will have an experience they will never forget. I will only keep good memories and happy memories♥️

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience - We had such an amazing snorkelling experience with Onbird Phu Quoc. The team is professional and caring. We booked a private tour for 3 adults and 2 children. The whole process was very easy. They were able to fit us in for a last minute tour. Jacky was our guide, and he is very professional, caring quite humorous and takes great pics. My mum is 62 years old and afraid of the open water. This was her first time snorkelling, and our guide, Jacky, made her feel very safe, guiding and assisting her at each snorkel point. I've been snorkelling through a few tour companies in South East Asia, and often, the tour stops at busy tourist spots where it's hard to enjoy the experience. Onbird isn't one of those companies that take you to the busy tourist spots. The whole experience was very enjoyable and the equipment is of a high standard. Highly recommend.

Amazing family private tour - We just had an amazing day on a private family tour with James! He knew everything about the island, the corals, fishes and all the best snorkeling spots for kids! At one point was me chiling with my wife and James was taking my two daughters for snorkeling which made me feel very safe! Thank you guys for the amazing experience and for sure will contact OnBird again in the near future!
