Mr Bun Temple tour left us with great memories and fantastic photos - Mr. Bun's tour gave us an idea of Cambodia that showed us the best of the temples and jungle beauty, but also provided context about the Cambodia of today. I really enjoyed his explanations of the temples, the enthusiasm for the art, and his love of his country. I also appreciated that he explained some of the recent history, and his own personal story, which I think gave a more complete story of what we were seeing. We got a lot of great photos, and he took us to a perfect place to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat . He and the driver took care of us during the summer "heat wave" of early May, 2034, plying us with cold water and cold towels. You will not regret hiring this team for your excursions! I'm very happy to be part of the "Bun Family!".

An amazing tour - We had the most amazing 2 day tour with Pi and driver Sal. The temples we visited were really beautiful and we enjoyed hearing all the history of them. We are able to highly recommend this tour, Pi was amazing, a great knowledge of local and country history and he had a great sense of humour which we really liked. On both days he took us to restaurants for lunch and the food and service very good. Pi provided us with a great itinerary and answered all our questions. The service he provided was outstanding. Sal was a great and safe driver and was always on hand to provide a cold towel and iced water on our return to the tour van. This was very much appreciated as the temp in April was 40+. Pi you are one of the best tour guides we have ever had and Sal a great and safe driver. A very BIG thanks to both. You are a credit to Journey Cambodia.

Amazing 2 day experience at Angkor - The 2 day tour was an excellent experience to share with my partner. Starting from our guide Sok and the private driver Usa, everything was absolutely spot on. They were on time, giving us clear explainations on the cambodian culture and the temples, and helpful at all times. Sok was a great tour guide all along, we can’t recommend him enough. The 2 days were prepared to see the majority (best) of the Angkor temples. Sok adapted some visits to fit better on the days we had (one day was holy day for monks, so we stayed longer the previous day). The transport was really comfortable and they gave us water and wet towels at the end of every visit. Although the food was not included, we could bring some food from the hotel or have lunch at some local restaurant they bring us. We had enough time at the temples to get some info from Sok and then visit on our own. Sok even did take great pictures of us, and recommend special spots that maybe tourists didn’t know. All in all it was a wonderful experience, totally worth the price.

Amazing trip makes Angkor Wat Temples a memorable experience - The tour was better that I had imagined. It was suggested to me by my brother who had the tour a couple months ago. He insisted that we asked for Mr. Bun as our guide. And I'm very glad he did! Mr. Bun was our guide and Mr. Yeng was our driver. They were both amazing. Mr. Bun is extremely knowledgeable. While visiting the temples he was explaining to us what we were looking at. He shared many Hinduist/Buddhist myths so that we could understand what the carvings and the statues were from. Instead of just seeing some carvings without understanding why they were there, I was able to really appreciate the beauty by understanding its meaning. He also shared details about the more recent history of the Cambodian civil war. He was open to spending more or less time at each temple, as we preferred and he'd provide answers to any question about recent history or Buddhism/Hinduism. He also helped with taking photos of us. I wish all guides were like Mr. Bun. Mr. Yeng was a great driver as well. He was always preparing the A/C of the car a bit before we returned from the temples so that we'd find a cool car. He'd offer cold waters, and a wet cloth with eucalyptus flours so that we could cool down our faces. He was driving great as well. What's more, my husband didn't feel well at some point and Mr. Yeng and Mr. Bun arranged a tuk-tuk driver for him to get him to the hotel while I'd continue the tour with them. To wrap it up, it was a great experience. I'd recommend this tour to everyone.

Great tour of the Angkor Wat sites - We had a wonderful 2 day tour with our guide Pi and his driver Sal. We did 4 main temples each day and Pi let us go at our own pace and made it both educational and fun. Pi is a bit of a joker which we enjoyed but also has a huge knowledge of Cambodian and regional history. There was no question we had that he couldn’t answer. He was a great person to learn from about living in Cambodia. We visited in April 2024 and it was very hot 40c+ but on the plus side we were the only people at some temples! So if you can cope with the heat, a great time to visit. We recommend UV umbrellas and fans!! Very safe driving from Sal who was always ready with chilled water and a cold towel for us on return to the SUV. We had a lunch break each day and the food was delicious at both restaurants. Note - US dollars are accepted everywhere we were in Cambodia. So bring them and don’t worry about Cambodian Riel. Cards are not widely accepted in the smaller local places but ok at hotels. Very professionally run tour on the 2 days and great communication in the lead up to the tour. We have been on similar tours all around the world and rate this one very highly. Recommend!!

A must tour with helpful tour guide and driver. - We booked a 2 day private tour because we understood that we might be unable to visit all the temples listed. We are so glad we did. Mr Sin Peng Eang and the driver took excellent care of us. It is extremely hot in Siem Reap. We found that after visiting a second temple and walking around for an hour at a time, we were too tired to stay for the sunset. We asked to be taken back to the hotel via a supermarket which they did. The next day was a 5 am. start, and we proceeded to the sunrise part of the tour. The 2 temples we did see were magnificent, but once again, we had to cut the tour short. Dispute this, we had a fabulous time but if you go, be sure to wear a hat (I ended up walking around with a damp fannel which they provided on my head) and sensible shoes. I would also use Mr Sin and Journey Cambodia again.

Good tour - - once it started! - The tour was fine, but the advertising beforehand was totally misleading. I booked the "Private 2-Day Tour" (for 3 people), but at the pick-up time a bus arrived. The small print in the ad spoke of "small group" tours... Well, 3 people is a small group, and a bus is not a private tour! The cost at $99 per person is too high: I was offered a van for $80 per day, 1-4 people. A van is a van is a van: there is no justification for charging per person.
