Awesome tour with Gabriel! - My sister and I did the Pretoria City Day Tour with Mount Zion Tours and Travel. We booked this tour via email. Pretty was very prompt in replying to our questions and Mount Zion Tours were very accommodating, picking us up from our hotel in Pretoria and dropping us at our next hotel in Johannesburg after the tour. We were so glad to have Gabriel as our guide. He was very friendly, organised, and knowledgeable. He taught us a lot about the history of South Africa. Particularly, we enjoyed the Voortrekker Monument and learning about the Voortrekkers, the Kruger House, and the Union Buildings where Gabriel helped us take some great photos. My tour guide K.B. was very punctual... - <p>My tour guide K.B. was very punctual in his picking up and took me to all scheduled places in our tour also other nearby bonuses, explaining in detail everything to me. In all of our stops he was very patient and gave me lots of time to explore things also by myself. We visited all interesting spots in Pretoria and its surroundings, and all of them were fantastic. Super recommend that trip to those interested in learning more about South Africa, the first settlers in Pretoria region, its natural and built beauties and singularities.</p>

Rich in History - Do yourself a favor and book a tour to Pretoria to see the most of Gauteng. Really a lot of rich history and very old buildings!

Stay away - I booked this tour twice. The first time around, I was informed in due time before my trip to South Africa that the tour was canceled because they had to have more than one person signed up for it. I understood that, so I thought I would wait until after I arrived in South Africa and see what I could arrange. I tried again. I signed up and was given a time to be picked up at my hotel. As far as I could tell, the trip was on as I received no notice of cancellation. On the day of my tour, after waiting for about a half hour for my pick up,I called the tour provider’s office and was told that I would receive a return call soon. That never happened. About an hour later I received an email telling me the tour was canceled. The first booking cancellation was disappointing; the second cancellation was inexcusable.
