Amazing Cooking Experience - Sergio and his wife were fabulous hosts. Their home is absolutely stunning and the food was amazing. They both took time to talk with us and get to know us at the beginning. He gave us so many fantastic tips for cooking and explained why he did everything the way he did. He paired everything with homemade wines. His personal red blend was phenomenal. This will be a highlight of our trip! Grazie Sergio!

Amazing lunch in the sky! - Absolutely a highlight of our stay on the Amalfi coast! Sergio had us up to his house in the sky overlooking the Mediterranean and we cooked a 4 course meal together and enjoyed the olive oil from his orchard, and the wines from his cellar. Highly recommend if you enjoy Italian food. He's full of little tips that you don't get in the cookbooks. More than once my wife looked at me and we realized something we do at home when cooking...and how it could be just a little bit more delicious with a simple fix.

Absolutely incredible experience and delicious food and wine!! - Highlight of our trip. What an amazing experience!!! We learned to make tiramisu, ravioli, potato gnocchi, and eggplant Parm. The food was some of the best we had during our entire 2 week trip. Sergio also served us white and red wine he makes that was amazing. I can't recommend this experience enough and I have done many cooking classes.

Fantastic evening of food, wine and cooking - What an amazing evening ! Food was authentic, fresh and flavorful. Sergio did a fantastic presentation with the preparation of the food, explanation of the preparation, and involving us with preparing our meal/desert. One of our best meals in Italy.

Cooking class! - What a delightful evening! Sergio, along with his partner and Leo (the puppy), warmly welcomed us into their home. We began with some appetizers and pleasant conversation, and then dove into the cooking class. The meal we prepared was beautiful, with the ravioli being my favorite. If you find yourself in Praiano, I recommend participating in this class. It truly was an unforgettable experience!

Wonderful evening with Sergio - Amazing evening with Sergio. Food was incredible, we were able to eat on the terrace over looking the water, wonderful setting. Perfect for couples, we would highly recommend this class. So many great tips and ideas.

The Food and the View - We had the best time cooking with Sergio. We made so many delicious dishes, gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, ravioli, tiramisu. Can’t wait to make them all when we get home. The view from the terrace where we ate was breathtaking. The wine, olive oil and the friendship from Sergio is something not to miss! Thank you Sergio for a wonderful experience.

Definitely book this cooking class - Highly, highly recommend booking this cooking experience if you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast! We had the most amazing time, Sergio was a fantastic host and so kind. We learned so much during the cooking lesson, and ate the most delicious food. It was one of the highlights of our trip and we can’t stop talking about it.
