Amazing experience!!! - What an amazing experience! We walked through Praiano learning about the culture and history of Italian cuisine, we picked herbs along the way, and saw some incredible views! Lots of steps but worth it all once we got to the cooking spot and feasted on some delicious food! Francisco was a wonderful guide and chef and so knowledgeable. The group was intimate so we had a fun time sharing stories and laughing over our struggles making the cavatelli pasta! We made apps, sage chips (sooo good), fresh pesto sauce, pasta and dessert! We even used some of the herbs we picked along the way in our cooking. Overall an amazing experience and worth every penny!

Outstanding walking garden tour on the Almafi Coast with cooking class! - Amazing experience learning about the history of the Almafi Coast, the beautiful gardens and how they work together with the earth to produce food. The experience included a walk through the quaint and historic Pristiano village with beautiful lemon, olive and orange trees, herbs, and edible flowers. We gathered herbs for our meal and walked to a nearby restaurant for the cooking class with a breathtaking view of the sea. The cooking class was engaging and interesting with homemade appetizers, pesto pasta, and dessert all paired with wonderful beer and wine. Highly recommend - bring walking shoes - great tour for foodies and people who love to garden!

Do not miss this experience! - What a great day. It started at 11 o’clock. We took a walk/trek to learn about the history, herbs, vegetables, and plants of the Amalfi coast. We then ended up in a kitchen (with an unbelievable scenic view) where we were taught to cook a fantastic lunch including appetizers, an entrée and dessert. The lemon beer and wine was superb and everyone had a great time! Francesco is a knowledgeable tour guide, a very talented chef (and an all-around nice guy!) All of this was done with the beautiful scenic background of the Amalfi coast. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi coast!

A must do ! - We had a great time! Our meal was superb and our host was so kind and patient. We spent the day making a delicious meall and met a wonderful couple that had just been engaged. I would highly recommend this experience in the beautiful town of Priano!

Best Excursion in the Amafi Coast - The best excursion we did in the amafi coast. Francesco, our guide, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the local herbs in Praiano. The 3 course meal comes with plenty of water and wine, which is important after a warm walk! 100% recommend.

Cooking and walking in Praiano with Francesco. - I can’t say enough about how wonderful our time with Francesco was. He was knowledgeable about the local history and a heck of an instructional chef. He was patient, agreeable, and all around a joy to be with! We learned and then ate like a King and Queen. A must when in the charming town of Praiano.

Beautiful Experience - This cooking class was an experience worth doing whilst in Italy. It started with a short walk around Praiano, which gave you taste into the history of the town. We had Francesco and he was amazing. Afterwards you are taken to a beautiful rooftop restaurant with an amazing view for your cooking class. The cooking class was perfect. Amazing view, beautiful music, it was secluded. You were able to cook each meal - entre, main and desert and then sit to eat each meal, enjoy the view and have a glass of wine. Francesco was great, he prepared everything beautifully and the service provided was 5-star.

Best meal and excursion on our entire 2 week honeymoon! - Our walking tour and cooking class was our favorite excursion from our 2 week honeymoon in Italy. Francesco was fantastic. He took us on a picturesque walking tour of Praiano before neding at a gorgeous hotel kitchen overlooking the Gulf of Salerno. We created a three course lunch, while enjoying various prosecco, beers and wines. This meal was one of the best meals from our entire vacation, as well. We would do this again in a heart beat.

Get to know the real Amalfi Coast! - What an incredible culinary hike experience with my collegues Giacomo and Francesco! We started strolling around the peaceful Praiano alleys, meeting the local people, learning about the way they have farmed their products for centuries and sourcing super-seasonal weeds and edible flowers. Talking about sustainability, biodiversity and preserving local Italian traditions is such a great way to visit Italy. And the food….! It’s not only about foraging but also the combination with the other selected high quality ingredients: flour, cheeses, crafted beer, wine all produced and related to Campania region. This experience really connects you with the true life on the Amalfi Coast, don’t miss it!

Authentic Amalfi Experience - Undoubtedly one of the most informative, fun, inspirational and yummy cooking experiences we have had. Our host Giacomo is a wealth of knowledge, expertise and commitment to the authentic foods of the region with his family as longtime farmers in Positano. The gardens and wild space in the area is full of trees, bushes, wild herbs and flowers with a unique history that often offers a delicious treat. The local dishes we prepared coupled with the delicious wine and liqueurs was yummy. Different types of pestos, cheeses, bruschettas, homemade pasta and desert filled our senses and was all delicious. The other guests were terrific including another local master chef and we hit it off and all spent much of the day together. I gained confidence in my skills, learned so much and made new friends. What a wonderful day.
