The excursion is enhanced with a luncheon where we sample the jewel in Portugal’s Gastronomic crown: Codfish. We’ll explore numerous ways of preparing this tasty fish—after all, we have a saying here in Portugal, ‘there are more cod recipes than there are days in a year’.
