Beautiful Lake, Okay Experience - We didn't have a great start to the day, as Full Tour scheduled us for a 6:40 a.m. pickup. In order to make that work with our hotel breakfast, we had to wake up at 5:30. However, due to circumstances beyond their control, we didn't get picked up until 9:10 a.m. I wasn't too upset because I understand that these things happen, however that meant less time on the tour because they were rushing to get us back at a normal time. That said, our tour guide, Alejandro, was wonderful and he did a great job switching between Portuguese and English for our sake. (We were the only English-speakers on the tour.) I also appreciated that Full Tour was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. If I could have changed anything, I would have had more time to walk around at Laguna del Inca and would have eliminated having to eat in the expensive restaurant at the lake.
