Beautiful place full of history. - We went without tour, which we found valid, pq we could have lunch at the place.
The tour starts exactly on time, with very polite Guide, explains everything perfectly, and we had the tasting of 3 wines, but unfortunately did not have the casilero. And TB has no way into the mansion.
For those who do not know, in winter it is not possible to see grapes, so if you are going to tb for it, do not be disappointed.
We had lunch at the restaurant, tasty food, but a bit expensive, but worth the experience.

! Long live Concha y Toro! ! Long live Cabernet Savignon red wine! - I loved the trip, it is very economical and a must for those like me who love red wine and consume Concha y Toro wines, I believe the most popular Chilean wine in the world. They take you on a tour of the owners' estate, a simple, not ostentatious estate, then to the vineyards and finally a tasting where to begin with they give you the letterhead glass in which you do the tasting, all pretty and with good taste, the cup comes in its very pretty box, good design. At the exit, a store with the company's products and souvenirs (not cheap, by the way, nor very stocked).

Thank you Claudio. - I tried to make a reservation for the Conchaitoro Winery Trip directly on the site, but there were only Spanish or Portuguese guides left and no English guides, so I made a reservation through this site, TripAdvisor. Fortunately, there was an English-speaking guide available, so my wife and I made a reservation. It was Friday afternoon. I received confirmation and paid by card. However, there was no information at all about when and where the local guide would pick us up, and there was no contact until noon on Sunday, when we were due for the trip, and even though we waited in front of the hotel for the pickup to come, it did not come. So we called an Uber and went directly to Conchaitoro Winery. The trip had already started so we couldn't join as planned, but an English guide named 'Claudio' who heard about our situation arranged an English guide for 2:20. So we were able to have lunch and do the tour during this time. The problem was that there was no English guide at the time we originally booked. There was only a Portuguese speaking guide at that time. What happened to this? If it weren't for Claudio, we would have received guidance we couldn't understand.
Anyway, thanks to Claudio, we had a good trip and were able to leave pleasant memories.

Worth the visit - I was surprised by the visit, even my 7 year old daughter loved it. The place is beautiful, the guide is super friendly, explained everything perfectly and made us feel very comfortable.
The only sin was not offering water during the tasting.

Worth doing - The tour is well organized and worth the money. The guide was polite and good. However the communication with the company was tiring. Waited hours to get a reply, and had a tight schedule. My tour was not confirmed, then after waiting 3 hrs it was changed from English to Portuguese. In the end all was ok.

Do not recommend - Wait longer for the ride. We went through a tourist agency. The tasting tour was very weak, compared to others we have done. I paid 299,00 reais per person (go and return in the hotel + tour with tasting of 3 wines + 1 cup of toast) of 1:20 the tour. If you have information from another more complete tour in the same vineyard or another, I think it will be more interesting. I do not recommend the same tour.

Worse service!!!! - For me it would be 0. Our children paid the same price Pro tour. We got under the rain, tried to understand how it would work and who we could talk to for more information. Nobody helped us. Neither in the restaurant nor in the store, let alone the tour guides of the other times. Nobody took responsibility, tried to help, gave instructions and nothing. Worse experience. I do not recommend.

No ride - They didn't show up for the tour, they didn't contact us, it's no longer on the address on the Trip Advisor (we were staying nearby)... It can only be a blow.

Concha y Toro without refund. - The trip never happened! They called us to cancel and never rescheduled us. Mrs. Alejandra started the process of returning the money and I still have not received the money. They have ignored the entire process. Mr Gonzalo Serrano from the finance department has also ignored the refund process.
