Exceptional tour with Chef Hnoi - Me and my husband did a tour of the Grand palace with Chef Hnoi. How lucky we were to have found her! Not only is Chef Hnoi knowledgeable, smart, humorous and caring, but she is very passionate about sharing Thai culture and history, which makes all the difference. The time we spent with her was incredible and she is an amazing guide. You would think that her first language is English and she lived away from Thailand for many years which also provides a refreshing perspective. Not only did we have a wonderful time with Chef Hnoi she even recommended me to her acupuncturist as I had injured my knee. I can't recommend Chef Hnoi and this tour enough. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to do other tours with her. Thank you Chef Hnoi for the amazing time we spent together. We will book you again when we return to Bangkok next year!

A Delightful Day with Moddy - I requested a personalized tour with Moddy based on the The Ultimate Grand Palace Day Trip. Before confirmation, I managed to discuss with her about my places of interest around that specific area. I kept in touch with Moddy through WhatsApp after the confirmation and was able to express the things that I wish to experience. In my case, I wanted to try Thai traditional costumes, Tuk Tuk and visit Pak Khlong Talat (Flower Market) in which she accommodated all my request. Moddy’s friendly and outgoing personalities are infectious. I felt like I can sit down and just talk to her all day about everything and this is what I concluded when we first meet at the Asia Bangkok Hotel lounge. She can converse in English well. Not only that I feel comfortable, but I also feel safe to travel with her because he will keep reminding me to take care of my own belongings when the place is crowded and offer help whenever she felt necessary. Moddy knew Bangkok so well that she can suggest which public transport to take from one place to one place in a way that it is convenient and affordable. For instance, we were going from Ratchathewi to Chao Phraya River Pier, so she introduced me to Khlong Saen Saep boat taxi, which is an effective way to avoid the traffic on road. This is what intrigued me because I don’t really find this on the internet. Thanks to her recommendation, I managed to rent Thai traditional costume outside of Wat Arun. She is an avid photographer person and due to that, she shared many tips on getting the perfect shot at every corner. She also taught me great poses and helped me captured photos in various angles just to make sure I look good in the photos especially when I was wearing Thai traditional costume, so she tried her best to make it worthwhile. I appreciated all her effort as she will seize any best opportunity to take precious photos such as taking photos with the monks. It’s no doubt that Moddy know the history very well. To me, she is like a walking history book and everywhere we go, she will turn the pages for us. She even shared some knowledge that only locals know. Even though after the tour is ended, she is kind enough to accompany me and make sure I reach my next destination, not to mention she had another appointment later that night. This whole experience was a rich cultural experience, and it made my solo trip in Bangkok so wonderful because after all I have such a lovely companion.

If you're a history buff, The Grand Palace tour is for you! - Highly recommend for The Grand Palace tour! She is the most informed and nicest guide. She explained everything at The Grand Palace in details. I appreciated that because I did NOT want a headset that just went over the basics that foreigners have to hear. I even saw a few people listening to her. I asked questions and she was patient and answered all of them. I could not have asked for a better tour guide. I+

Great friendly local guide :) - We did a private tour of Bangkok’s highlights with “Tony”, he was very nice and accommodating, he picked us up from the hotel and we visited the grand palace and it’s temple and the reclining Buddha temple, when we told him of our desire to see a mosque he looked up the most important mosque of Bangkok and took us there and convinced the caretaker to open the special area of the mosque for us to see, he asked and translated for us. He also took us to a great restaurant in the end with a beautiful view of the lake. We really enjoyed his company, his sense of humor and the lovely photos he took of us throughout the day, we highly recommend booking a tour with him :)

What an experience! - We had a great experience from the first email, that got answered by Chob in few minutes, to an amazing tour with Ms. Aom, that was very sensitive to our needs, speaks a great English, and had a very wide knowledge. We were so happy with her, so we booked another tour, this time the secrets of the street food in Bangkok at night, which was a great adventure and so delicious. We, my wife and my 8 yo, highly recommend this company, and MS. Aom in particular. Enjoy.

Take this tour with Chatchai as early as you can - Our guide,Chatchai, was excellent. He communicated with us a lot via Whats App, which was especially helpful when our Grab taxi app was not working and we were late to meet him. Very thorough overview of Bangkok, with very good knowledge of the temples, Buddhism Thai style, food and restaurants, and other information and advice as well! Maybe best was his understanding of the questions we asked, and his ability to answer them. This is not trivial, as many guides with English as a second language know the things they have learned in their tour guide training, but often cannot understand questions or go much deeper in knowledge or descriptions. He was extremely polite and gracious. We felt very comfortable with Chatchai. Take this tour with Chatchai as early as you can upon getting to Bangkok, it will make your other days more enjoyable as well.
