Up, Up And Away! - An experience that should not be missed! You get to be a part of each step of the ballooning experience from the inflation of the balloon, riding high above the desert, scoping out wild life, landing the balloon and enjoying a champagne toast and breakfast with your fellow passengers! Pilot and crew were great!

Great experience ! Would recommend - I booked a sunrise air balloon ride and it was amazing. They facilitated pick up at my air bnb at 4am and were on time. After the ride we had a cute champagne breakfast where we toast and said a prayer. We also received a flight certificate and all of the staff was super friendly and informative. Mike P was great and super friendly suggesting local eats and drinks. Would totally do it again, this time prepared for the rough landing

Fun floatinf - Very smooth float over the northern area of Phoenix. It was a super fun experience and I am glad we did it. It’s a little early in the morning but worth it.

Ballooning in Phoenix! - We really enjoyed this experience. This was a bucket list item for partner’s 50th birthday celebration! The employees were professional and friendly. The brunch at the end was a pleasant experience and allowed us to further admire the beauty of the desert.

Up, Up and AMAZING! - The sunrise hot air balloon ride was absolutely breathtaking! It was so surreal. It's a once in a lifetime experience. The views were amazing and the weather conditions were nothing shy of perfect. The staff at hot air expeditions was incredible. They picked us up from our hotel, brought up to the balloon set up and dropped us back at the hotel when the activity was over. Our pilot Tommy was funny and very experienced. He made us feel safe and also provided us with some fun facts about our altitude. I have already recommended the experience to friends and family! I'm so glad this was part of my vacation when visiting Arizona. It's a staple to do!

First time balloonists - We very much enjoyed the ride and the pilot and team. I would have changed having to share a basket with another random person. It felt very tight spaced and uncomfortable. It would have been nice for my husband and I to be able to actually move around in the bucket during the ride

Nope! - Would not recommend. The Company provided me with the wrong pickup information….said they were going to pick me up at 3:55AM from my hotel and no one ever showed up at that time. When I called, they admitted fault (clerical error in their system) but did not apologize. By that time, it was too late to call an Uber to make it there by the 4:30AM check-in. I received a full refund; however, I’m disappointed that I was not able to go on the hot air balloon ride while visiting Phoenix.
I would suggest arranging your own transportation to get to the check-in site and not rely on their “shuttle service.”

This was the worst - This was a terrible experience. I doubt we ever got above 300 feet high. With fourteen people in the balloon we all wondered why other balloons soared thousands of feet above us while we barely cleared rooftops. When we asked our pilot he said it was safer to stay low. I guess the other companies that soared above giving their occupants the view and ride they wanted did not care about safety. A waste of almost $600. It felt like our pilot mailed it in as he couldn’t wait to land. Another balloon from the same company did the same thing. I would look for a different company and make sure there were no more than six passengers in a balloon as those were the ones that reached for the sky. Thank you for ruining my wife’s first balloon ride and her birthday.

First balloon ride… - The flight operator didn’t answer our questions and we didn’t fly high at all. We didn’t book a tour to view grass and bushes! The flight operator also did not let us know were landing and we had cactus needles in our clothes when trying to exit the balloon. Check for us but disappointing.
