Beware - Driver never arrived or contacted us, we stood outside for over 30 minutes waiting, messaged the support and tried calling the provided number 4 times to no answer (still, days later). Currently waiting on a refund from Viator.

Driver didn’t show up, company unresponsive - Our driver had an accident on the way to us that morning. Whilst this is a good reason to cancel the tour, they didn’t contact us. We reached out and heard from them but they didn’t weren’t very forthcoming. We said we would be happy to rearrange to the next day and they agreed, but then didn’t confirm a time. Hours later we were still chasing and heard nothing so we cancelled. They agreed to the refund, but didn’t seem keen to make the experience we had paid for happen at all.
