A little tough - Very hard to follow directions on what and where to go but after we made a connection with someone on what’s app and told them what we needed, we were good.

Not happy - Very disappointed as when we got to the bus stop, we where told that what I received in an email was not a valid ticket. I then had to find the hop on/off shop and contacted thus company Viator. Was on the phone then for a lengthy period to get some information. Someone then began to contact via WhatsApp and we still had to wait for QR code to be sent via WhatsApp. Was not happy on having to obtain tickets this way if I had know I would have used a different app. Also having to hang around at a specific time to meet someone at the effel tower for them to go and buy the tickets there and then was not really what I thought I had purchased. This took time out my day which I had not planned for. All QR codes should have been sent via email when purchased.

Do not buy thru Trip Hub it is a rip off - This was a ripoff. Trip hub, the vendor, vendor did not supply tickets and I had to purchase new ticket on the street. Big bus tour is great but ticket purchase thru trip advisor was a rip off.

The worst and most confusing experience I've ever had. - I had booked this tour quite some time ago as a surprise for my wife's birthday. I received notification that payment had been processed and a voucher or coupon that needed to be redeemed before the trip but there were no instructions as to where to redeem the voucher. I reached out via the viator app and the response was another copy of the voucher but no further information on where to redeem. I subsequently called the office in New York which was a international call for me and after 17 minutes was assured by the representative that I could redeem the voucher at the first stop of the bus They were not able to redeem the voucher there but told me if I went to the first stop there would be a representative there who could redeem it. They could not redeem it and sent me to the big bus information center at the second stop. They could not redeem my ticket either and I ended up abandoning all my plans and buying a $90 ticket to the big bus. This has been the most confusing and frustrating experience trying to get on a tour that I have ever had and have applied for a refund which I certainly hope is honored. I would not advise anybody to book this tour.

Operators is a scam - This is the worst operator. Issues tickets without QR code. And when insisted, he sent me tickets with false QR code that was already used..Dont book this. it is a scam.
