- Pano Panayia - One of the two walks is at Vouni Panagias peak (locality) over the village of Pano Panagias. The circular route starts at the village, at an elevation of abt 800 m and ascends to the peak (abt 1,150 m high). The walk is largely on the plateau which is one of the best grape producing spots in Cyprus. Walkers enjoy views of the vineyards, rock formations and vistas towards Ezousa Valley, Xeros Potamos Valley, Paphos Forest and as far as Akamas.

Phivos Ioannides, the trip and trek guide, is a globetrotter with comprehensive education, broad business, and varied experiences. His involvement in the authentic ecotourism sector in Cyprus is longstanding, and he has authored a related guide book titled ‘Exploring Authentic Cyprus’. A native Greek Cypriot, his expertise lies in guiding walking tours.
Our standard vehicle, a Citroen C8 MPV, accommodates up to six adult passengers plus the driver. We aim to maintain small tour groups to ensure a personalised experience.
Our journey takes us through Xeros Potamos Valley where we visit watermill(s), and potentially the Panagia tou Sinti monastery.
At Vouni Panagias, we trek amidst vineyards—their appearance drastically varying with the seasons—whilst admiring the panoramic views of Ezousa Valley, Paphos Forest, Kannaviou dam, Xeros Potamos Valley, and even Akamas and Olympus peak on Troodos.
