Are you getting the tour you booked? - The chocolate factory was great. It would be better if they could do the tour in English or if Viator could make sure that the tour guide could answer any questions correctly and not yet say yes to anything. We paid to see the Reprosa Museum, however the night before while receiving confirmation we were told that the museum was closed and we are going to a different museum. That was not what we wanted and had no time to book a different tour. That is unacceptable. It is up to Viator to make sure the tour they are offering on their site is still available or to inform their sales team of any changes. That way their customers can make an informed decision. Or Viator should accept the responsibility to satisfy their customers when they do not do their job instead of informing them that it is their policy to not refund their money and that they are just the middleman.
