Dinner with Velia Figuccia, Cesarine Cooking - Velia was the most gracious hostess. We so enjoyed our time in her beautiful home. If you enjoy cooking classes, request Velia for this experience. Amazing evening - We had an amazing evening with Maria Giulia. She was very friendly and welcomed us with open arms. We started with the tiramisu and then had a drink and a snack before we went on to make two kinds of pasta. When everything was done she finished it off and we ate with her and her son which was very nice. We really recommend you book an evening with Maria Giulia you won't be disappointed.

First Cooking Class Was a Success! - My friend and I had a fantastic experience with Lucrezia and Nonna. Upon arrival, they were so welcoming and happy to have us in their home. Instantly, we felt comfortable as they offered us snacks and beverages. Once it was time for the cooking to begin, they were organized, prepared, and had ample space around the table for us all. Hands were always washed and tools used were as well. There was also a good balance of watching/learning and then being able to try techniques out on our own. Both of them really seem to enjoy having people in their home to teach, especially Nonna who was smiling most of the time. It warmed my heart so much! It truly felt like we were at home making food and they made the dishes not feel intimidating. Now we feel ready to do it on our own in The States! Food turned out amazingly and we were so full! Haha Lucrezia was able to speak in English and Italian so if that’s a concern, there is someone there to help us English speakers out. Again, what a wonderful time my friend and I had. Personally, my favorite part of my weeklong trip and an honor to be in someone’s home learning something like this. Grazie mille!

Unparalleled experience - We had an extraordinary experience with Rosa Marie! She has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, and it shows in the way she guided us through preparations, cooking, and eating at the end. Her ability to be flexible with our learning interests and engage our two kids (age 9 and 11) was impressive. She’s patient, expert, and rich with her knowledge and insights. Her husband Maximiano joined us for dinner, and it was a delight to chat and learn about Palermo and Italy. The class exceeded all of our expectations - our questions were answered and hopes for learning to make several types of pasta using several methods met. The bonus was being welcomed into a warm home and treated like dinner-party guests.

A true Sicilian experience! - What a wonderful experience and celebration for all of us! We had 3 couples and honestly, some were hesitant to try this new adventure. But Rosaria was such a sweet and patient teacher and she accommodated our special dietary needs. Everything was delicious and she spoiled us with special traditional appetizers, desserts, and drinks. She also surprised us with special desserts and sparkling wine to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. ❤️ Needless to say, we were all so happy with our experience and we thank Rosaria for welcoming us into her home. We also need to thank Francesca for being an amazing friend and interpreter. These ladies made us feel like family too! We highly recommend this cooking class!

Authentic and wholesome - Pina was an absolute delight! From the beginning we both felt very welcome and at home. Pina made sure we were looked after and had the best experience. This was the most wholesome and heart warming activity. The pasta making was very traditional and authentic. It was so much fun sitting down at the table after making the pasta and tiramisu and enjoying a delicious lunch. Pina made sure we enjoyed our meals and left us feeling so loved! We will forever talk about this experience to our loved ones and could not recommended Pina more!

Must-do experience in Sicily! 10/10 - Alice & Francesco are truly wonderful people, chefs, and teachers! My family and I had an absolute blast cooking with them and learning all about the Sicilian way of life. Truly the most authentic experience you can have in Sicily. We spent the morning in their gorgeous apartment hand-making pastas and tiramisu while drinking wine and enjoying an apertivo in-between. We cannot recommend taking a class with them enough- you will not regret it! 10/10 and a must-do experience!

Great time and good food with Graziella - Graziella was an awesome hostess and so much fun to cook with in her home. Knowledgeable and friendly. We had a lot of fun!
