Embark on a gentle bike ride beginning from the local branch at Discesa dei Giudici n.21 and explore the flat terrain of Palermo at a comfortable and calm pace. Suitable for all ages and fitness stages, this 3-hour journey will take you past key landmarks such as the art-rich Piazza Bellini and Pizza Pretoria, showcasing splendid examples of Arab, Norman, Byzantine and Spanish art. Traverse the ‘Cassaro’ to witness the historic San Francesco church, Piazza Marina and Europe’s oldest giant Ficus tree. Pass by the ancient palaces from the Spanish Inquisition period and the awe-inspiring Spasimo church. Cycle along the coastal route with vast grasslands overlooking the sea and port, leading you to the first Arab castle located at the delightful port of Cala. The door or gate tour - Chiara is a guide who can adapt very quick towards a group. We are a difficult group and still she managed smoothly. So we can recommend the tour and Chiara 100%. And…..now she knows the difference between a gate and a door. 😀😀😀

Friendly and knowledgeable bike tour of central Palermo - Friendly and knowledgeable tour of central Palermo Bikes are good with gears although central Palermo is flat. We all had a bluetooth earpiece so it was easy to hear our guide and get directions as we rode. Street food stop was an extra treat (included in the price)

A good introduction to Palermo - This 3-hour cycling tour covers quite a bit of ground. No landmark or stop receives much more than just superficial coverage, but it’s enough to whet your appetite to return to specific points after the tour for a deeper look.
The audio headsets work really well. It’s great to be riding along listening to the informative commentary. Our tour guide Valentina was very friendly and knowledgeable. She spoke clearly.
Bicycles are a great way to see Palermo because the city is so spread out.

Good way to see Palermo - I met 2 lovely ladies at our meeting point. One helped us to sing in and get the bike ready and one is our guide. Both of them very nice, helpful and informative. Good tour.

Happy family cycle tour with fantastic tour guide - Fantastic experience hearing about Palermo from a local, we loved the mafia stories and “personal recommendations” for must-see spots. The cycle was indeed flat (I am an anxious and inexperienced cyclist and managed just fine) and we saw many beautiful places, going inside a few churches (if we wanted), stopping for local culinary treats (delicious!) and ending at just the right time to enjoy the rest of the day going to the recommended markets etc! Teen happy! Mum happy! Winning!!

Great way to spend a morning - What a great way to spend half a day! Our guide Laura was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made everything very interesting, especially her own personal stories about Palermo. Her recommendations of restaurants and bars etc were so helpful. The riding is very flat and easy and 3 hours flew by.
