Highlights

Ake Ake Vineyard - Visit Sovrano vineyard, a family-run boutique operation set just outside Kerikeri. Clients can sample the organically-grown wines, which include Chambourcin, Pinot Gris, Syrah, Chardonnay, Tempranillo and Sauvignon Blanc.

Clients will also sample their award winning range of Limoncello liquers.

Marsden Estate Winery & Restaurant - Our second stop is Marsden Estate, which was started by the McIvor family some 20 years ago. Here customers can enjoy six wine tastings plus a platter lunch in the relaxed atmosphere of its courtyard which overlooks the lake and vines
Kainui Road Vineyards - With 9 wines and 14 beers on tap there is something for all tastes. Come in and enjoy a glass of wine and beer or spoil yourself with one of our delicious tasting paddles

Wine tour - Excellent tour. Had a grreat time, visited some quite unique wineries. would highly recommend. Did this as a ship shore excursion and there were no hassles getting back to the ship on time

Wonderful Wine Tour - What a wonderful wine tour we had. We saw and tasted and purchased from 3 vineyards in the Paihia region. From largest to the boutique vineyards so informative and interesting we all enjoyed the day and we made good friends. We will definitely be back. Thanks Ken so much fun.

Wine tour - We had a fantastic time on the wine tour! Had some really good commentary on the way to the vineyards, a lovely platter. Then we went to the fat pig winery that was really nice to hear about the wines from the owner, we loved the white diamond wine! We also had to buy lemoncello at the next winery since it was so good!

Excellent service and 100% value for money. - We couldn’t have asked for more from this tour. Picked up on time. Guide was knowledgeable and attentive to us. Excellent value for money. Every vineyard was friendly and the wine and food was amazing. So glad we booked this trip. Good luck to Mike who was training. And to Ken our guide Up the Hornets. 👍

Personalised Vino Tour - We had a very personal trip with Bill our driver who gave us a lot of the local history. The first winery was changed to the Restaurant at the Stone Store with a great platter. Kanui wines tasted were good and then visited the Fat Pig. Enjoyed the wines especially the sticky. Finished at Sovrano Wines with a good selection of wines to choose with a bonus of Limoncello liqueur tastings. Overall a great experience.

Great rainy day experience. - Terrific way to spend a wet afternoon. Great wines and platter for lunch at Marsden Winery. Very knowable driver, great service. Liked most of the wines we tasted, came home with a few.😁
