A hundred macaques, with bleach hair and eyes surrounded by a black line, have indeed taken up residence in the caves of the cliffs.

The Ouzoud Waterfalls are situated 170 km away, gracing the landscape with glorious waterfalls enveloped by an almost everlasting rainbow. Just a few steps from the spectacular chasm, lie a dozen time-honored mini grain mills, still functioning via the water from the stream. As the sun sets, you may spot entire monkey families frolicking in the carob trees, large trees known for their delicious fruits which they adore. Approximately a hundred blond-haired macaques, featuring eyes encircled with a black ring, have indeed made their home in the caves of the cliffs. Magnificent walk to the Ouzoud waterfalls - The Ouzoud waterfalls are very spectacular and picturesque. Beautiful scenery, easy to access with well maintained walking and stairs. The end of the route is decorated with nice little shops. It was a pleasant day. We recommend this excursion. The transport and the vehicle are great. The driver Ali drives carefully and pleasantly. We have a child who is usually car sick, but Ali was able to adapt and everything went well. He gives very good advice and speaks impeccable French and English.
