A fun way to see the Fjord and try a new activity - We are a 50 year old mother and 11 year old son. We took this tour during a 2 day break to Oslo and loved it. We arrived in Oslo in the morning, dropped off our luggage at our hotel before picking up some public hire bikes and cycling down to the Marina. It's a lovely spot where we enjoyed skimming stones and looking for fish in the rock pools. There are some shops and cafes just outside and across the road from the Marina but nowhere to get drinks or snacks so bring a drink with you. We met our guide, Annett, who gave us a quick introduction and set us up with our kayaks. We didn't have kayaking experience but didn't need any - it was easy to learn and we were soon on the water enjoying the amazing views. Waterproof shoes were provided for us. The kayaks come out of a lockable container in which we were able to store our valuables while we were on the water. Annett took photos for us so we didn't need to take our phones with us. The scenery was wonderful and it wasn't too challenging. I definitely recommend!

Most beautiful kayak tour - We had a really perfect trip on the Oslo fjord with Annett! We were a small group of six, and after a thorough introduction to the safety vests, boats etc. we set out on the water. We were so lucky that after a rainy early morning even the sun came out! Annett had at lot of insights on the surrounding places, showed us nesting birds from a safe distance, house boats and beaches. For my friends, it was the first trip with Oslo Kayak Tours, and they really enjoyed it, being absolute kayak beginners. For me it was even the third trip with them on the fjord So, obviously: I highly recommend these trips!

Wonderful way of spending a few hours - Spent a glorious 2-3 hours on the water with my teenage son and daughter. We had all been in Kayaks before but not for a while (in my case 30 odd years!). We had a group of 8 people in all, all of different abilities. Tanja spent time making sure everyone was happy and kitted out correctly for the trip. We paddled up the coast enjoying the waves buffeting the boats. Tanja paddled around making sure everyone was ok. My kids really enjoyed the experience and are already looking for a local river where we can go again. Really recommend it as something different to do. Thanks

Absolutely amazing experience!!! - I went on a kayak trip with my husband, daughter who just graduated college, and friends. We have kayaked all over the world and these women were truly remarkable. We got there, and they were exceedingly prepared and helpful with all the correct gear. They were very engaging and knowledgable on Oslo and kayaking. We spent 3 hours on the water with them and a two hour lunch where they prepared for us delicious local food. It was one of prettiest and most delightful rides I have ever experienced. I couldn't recommend using them enough!! The Oslo fjord was also gorgeous.

Interesting But not Breathtaking - Tanja was a lovely host to us considering we were unintentionally late. The tour takes you through some coast line that is interesting to look at. But this is the city of Olso , so obviously not the spectacular fiords of other parts of the country. Tanja shared some interesting history and a few local tales. Fun day out on the water. There is a spot you can go cliff jumping, so dress for your adventure if you choose this.
