The tour was very... - The tour was very informative. I appreciated the flexibility to explore the vast amount of animals present at the final stop of the tour. The tour guide was patient and kind and the tour was a great experience overall.

Great tour for animal lovers - This was a great tour. I LOVED feeding and petting the animals. We got some great pictures for our scrapbook and learned a lot about the care of animals that we didn't know. Camino the 3 legged donkey was my favorite, I'm so glad he was rescued!

Animal tour was superb! - Fantastic experience! My girlfriend and I (from the US) took this tour on our second day in Aruba and it couldn't have gone better. We scheduled our pickup for a local hotel (Eagle Aruba Resort) and pickup/drop-off was a breeze. Great tour guide and the animals were well taken care of and the ride around the island was very nice. 10/10!

Donkey sanctuary - One of the greatest places on earth!! We loved the donkey sanctuary. A must see!! Feeding the donkeys, ostrich, goats and Monkeys was amazing. Also a great way to make a donation to a wonderful place so they can keep doing great work.

It is mainly meant for... - It is mainly meant for kids. Both my 11 year old daughter and 4 year old son had a great time. All the attractions were good.

Great family outing to see animals up close! - Great trip! The donkey sanctuary is was beautiful. The animals are well cared for. Got to feed them and pet them also Then to the ostriches and emus. They also are well cared for. Got to feed the ostriches and that was a lot of fun. A lot of great information was also shared about the animals. Last stop was an animal sanctuary where you walk around and she lots of different animals up close and you are allowed to feed them also. Got up and close with the monkeys and he even held my hand. He was so cute! Horses ducks pigs deer donkeys etc to be seen! Great experience and tour guide!

Great half day for animal lovers - A nice half day break from your daily beach activities. We were picked up punctually in front of our hotel and were taken to a Donkey Sanctuary, an Ostrich Sanctuary, and Phillips Animal park. Be prepared to see and learn about a variety of the animals you will see up close and even get the opportunity to hand feed most 4 legged animals. You will see donkeys, peacocks, ostriches, emus, turkeys, ducks, deer, goats, camels, snakes, monkeys, McCaws, snakes, and more. Bring your phone cameras as many video and picture moments await. We recommend for people of all ages.

Great sanctuaries but poor customer service - We loved the farms themselves and were delighted to be able to explore the island a bit with a guided bus tour. The bus itself was in terrible shape and very late; during the period where it didn’t show up, we tried hard to reach Viator for support and were unable to. When we did, we were told it was too late and they could provide no feedback to the tour operator not could we receive a credit or future discount. That part is fine—-but we mostly needed support in the moment and we did not receive it.

Need a new bus . It was... - Need a new bus . It was old , noisy and rattled a lot. Could feel every bump on the road. Could not hear the drivers commentary at all in the bus. The ostrich farm guide was very good but that was about it!
