A DON’T MISS Oaxaca Experience! - My guide was extremely knowledgeable about the site, and gave a captivating and entertaining tour. I left knowing a lot more about the site, and anxious to learn more. I was super happy to be picked up from my hotel, and was dropped off in the city center to continue my day. Definitely do this while in Oaxaca!

Interesting place. - We actually made the decision to explore the site without the guide. Plenty to see over quite a vast area. The site was relatively quiet from visitors so comfortable exploring the ruins. Really enjoyable and a lot learnt.

Highly Recommend - We really enjoyed the half day tour. Bus ride was smooth and our English speaking guide was excellent. We are really please we went with a guided tour as learning about the history and ongoing work at the site really enhanced our experience. Highly recommend.

Great experience without alot of research - The tour guide and bus arrived on time and was very clean and safe. We got to the site and it was explained to us exactly what we were going to do and where we were going to go. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of insight to the history of the location. I would definitely recommend the local tour guide company

An amazing day that would not be the same without Miguel - Miguel is by far and large the best tour guide you could ask for. He is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, funny, and a fantastic story teller. Monte Alban is a must see. It's beauty and history is something you that shouldn't be missed, and it won't be the same experience without the Miguel being your guide.

Fantastic tour- thanks to Miguel! - Miguel, our tour guide, absolutely made this excursion for us. My partner was apprehensive whether Monte Albán was worth a half day on our 2 day trip- and it quickly became a highlight. Miguel provided really interesting anecdotes and insight into the ruins; his father was also a guide, and that passion showed. The tour was well organized, hotel pickup was well communicated and seamless, we spent just the right about of time at each part of the site- just a wonderful morning. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

Awesome Exploration of Monte Alban - Miguel was an excellent guide who was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to answer questions and accommodate everyone in the group. He used his depth of knowledge to help us understand the Zapotecan culture and customs. We highly recommend Miguel and our friendly bus driver, Amado, who wove his way through the complicated streets expertly.

Self tour - Whilst the guide was very friendly and informative he only took us to the area overlooking the main " square" and we were left to tour the main site by ourselves with no information. He spent one hour taking us around small "buildings" on the peripheral area of the site. Too lazy to go down and escort us for the last one hour.
