Heaven on Earth - Six of us went for a wonderful North Sikkim trip from 29th Sept to 6th Oct. We covered Lachen, Lachung, Tsongmo Lake, Nathula Pass, Baba Mandir, Gurudongmar Lake, Kalapatthar, Yumthang Valley, Zero Point over the 6 days. We barely escaped the flash flood of Chumthang by few hours. We had to extend our stay for a day due to closure of NH10. But returned safely to Kolkata via Bagdogra by an alternate route. Our trip was planned and booked by our Agent Sumit Adak ( Mobile no:+91 90830 96975) , our Sumit Da, who with guided us throughout our trip and during the crisis like an elder brother. Also must mention our Driver Ujjwal who was God sent to us. His driving skill, his behavior, and his amazing singing talent left us mesmerized. Truly one of the best trips of our lives. NORTH Sikkim - Went to North Sikkim for 5 night 6 days covering Lachen, Lachung, Nathula , Changu Lake, Baba Mandir. Zero point, Kala Patthar. Yunthang valley, Gurudongmar Lake.

North Sikkim - We stayed in Yarlam Resort in Lachung. It was a lovely property to stay.Very comfortable and great food.

Do not utilise their services. Check reviews. Many people with very bad experiences - Do not use their services. They ruined our holiday. They do not respond when you need them and threatened to cancel the tour when we had started for the trip. Despite paying a sizeable advance they keep asking for money even before the tour has started. Taxis and hotels were not paid in advance and we had to sit in the taxi and wait for hours until they confirmed payment to the driver. Same thing happened at the hotel. He still owes us a refund for a taxi trip which he has not refunded after almost one year has passed. Hotels booked by them are very bad. Please avoid this travel agency / tour operator.

Viator needs to keep in touch with the tour operators a lot better. - The tour operator didn't show up at the Bagdogda airport as agreed. I never got contact with then, not before, not after they ghosted me. I already wrote a request for full refund. Even doble refund doesn't cover the stress I experienced while standing in front of the airport alone. I wasn't born yesterday, I can deal with unexpected situations. On the other hand, I booked the tour and paid for it not to need to figure out everything myself.

The tour Operator ghosted me - I booked this tour via TripAdvisor. Before the tour I wanted to get more information. The tour operator didn´t answer my messages at Viator page, emails or sms. When I arrived in Kolkata, I tried to call so many times. They didn´t pick up. I had my flight to Bagdodga airport. They didn´t show up. I had to continue myself. I already sent a request for refund to TripAdvisor.
