Amazing! - Great tour, lots of history of the area and of the falls. Tour guides are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour, we got through the huge line much fast and on to the boat ride.

Amazing! Need better clarity - Paul was an excellent tour guide. We had a wonderful experience.
The only suggestion is to clarify where the meeting place is. There are so many tours, we were in the wrong one at the start. Thankfully I received a phone call. The wrong tour confirmed that we were in the right place and i show him my ticket. It would be helpful to have better directions and signs.

Great experience, kids, grandparents and all we happy! - The 45 min tour before the maid of the mist was interesting. You get to learn a little but of history before getting on the boat. Geno was awesome, he got us all in a group and waited till the next boat so we were first in the line and made a dash to get front of the boat seats. Everyone loved this!!!

Time change disappointment - Unfortunately the time of the tour was changed and we were not notified . Timing did not allow us to make the trip

We never took the tour. I was confused about what I was paying for. I am not able to physically walk a long distance du - I didn’t not want to take a tour. All I wanted was to take a ride on the boat. I made a mistake and thought I was paying for just the boat ride. I am not physically able to walk for long periods due to having stage 4 lung cancer. We never took the tour and I would like to be refunded the amount on my credit card
