9.00: Visit Da Nang’s largest supplier market to purchase fresh ingredients for the upcoming cooking class, all the while gaining familiarity with the Vietnamese way of shopping.
09.45: Take a moment for rest and refreshment with a cup of coffee, using this time to engage in storytelling with fellow participants.
10.00: Make your way to Jolie’s home, where you will be greeted with a warm welcome drink by the amicable Jolie. Engage in a conversation with her about her experiences as a student among other anecdotes.
10.30: The cooking session begins!!!
12.30: Savor the delicacies you have prepared yourself.
13.00: Bask in some music by playing the piano or guitar (if you’re capable) before heading back to your dwelling at your leisure.
