Overall, a very interesting and memorable experience - The approach to the Dargah is pretty intense as you’re propelled through crowded narrow windy lanes lined with little shops selling flowers and other items required when paying homage to the Saint. It was great to see various truly historic tombs including those of Nizammudin Auliya, bahadur shah zafar’s children, Miriza ghalib, mirza aziz koka (chausath khamba), plus an ancient Baoli (step well) that’s still active. Prayers within Auliya’s shrine was a profound experience. It tends to be overcrowded, however, miraculously you feel at peace even while being jostled around within the shrine (which is very ornate). Highly recommended!
