- Naxos - Our seasoned guide will lead you on a journey through history. We will guide you through the Venetian Castle, highlighting key features such as the terrace of the Ursuline Nun school for a breathtaking view of Naxos town, the Catholic cathedral, Barozzi tower, and the castle’s South, East, and North Gates. After immersing ourselves in the medieval ambiance of Naxos, we’ll explore the ancient marketplace, visit the Orthodox Cathedral and its museum where you’ll witness artifacts from the Mycenaean period. Before reaching the iconic Portara, we’ll pause to taste the Citron Liquor, a protected designation of origin product from Naxos. Our final destination is the majestic Portara, where, following an informative overview of the site, you’ll be treated to a magnificent sunset!

Magnificent! Perfect amount of time - Thanos, our tour guide, was lively and entertaining. His knowledge of the island's history and culture was impressive. He was able to answer all our questions. His pride in the island of Naxos was obvious. We had an excellent time. The walk was not strenuous and could be done by all abilities

Loved this tour! - We loved this Sunset City Walk tour with Thanos as our guide! We learned so much and it was fun and beautiful. Thanos even helped us get great sunset photos at the Portara.

Very nice tour. Guide... - Very nice tour. Guide arrived a tad bit late so we were a bit rushed for the sunset near the gate...but he made up for it by being quite entertaining and having quite a lot of interesting historical bits of info to share!

Sunset tasting tour of Naxos Town - Very informative tour, I would suggest doing the tastings, the cheeses are incredible and I love how Rena has connections with various shops in the town to bring this experience to life. Highly recommend to get real information on the history of the town and the different sights to see.

Last minute cancellation by the guide - As much as we were looking forward to this sunset walking tour, unfortunately the guide was unwell at the very last minute. The office staff were very apologetic and their customer service to facilitate a full refund was prompt and professional.
We were offered an opportunity to experience the tour on another day but sadly, we were leaving early the next day. Next time 🇬🇷

Ripped Off, pure Money Grab - Came by catamaran and weather changed our schedule. We called and tour guide said no, even though we were not in the island because of sea’s changing destination. Pure money grab by tour agent. Trip Advisor should have stepped in. Bad service. Go with VIATOR or Get Your Guide. Avoid this company.
