Unforgettable experience - Our Driver Adell made mother son Trip, a great experience one we will never forget. We were fortunate enough to get a glimpse of Mount Fuji at the top of the cable cars. Adell was very accommodating getting my son to a store in Hakone that he wanted to buy some anime stuff. Thank you, Adell for making his day💕

Wonderful Experience!! Don’t hesitate to book! - This was a wonderful day trip. Adeel was our driver. He drove us around and gave us tips on what to see and where to go. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to modify our itinerary and include a stop at an Onsen which made our experience even better. Just remember this trip does not include a tour guide. You will be dropped off at the destinations and Adeel will wait for you. The best part is that it is private and you don’t have to wait around for other people. Do not hesitate to book this tour. Request Adeel he speaks good English and he is very nice. We enjoyed our day trip and Adeel made it very special. Thank you Adeel for a memorable day!!

Perfect Private Fuji tour - We had a fantastic time with our driver Adeel. We had great communication about the tour and were picked up from the hotel directly. He spoke great English and was a good driver and tour guide. He gave us history and general background of the Fuji and lakes area as well as taking videos and great photos for us...but still giving us time to ourselves. The tour itself took in some of the most iconic and memorable shots of Fuji and the lakes as well as having time to try local food and souvenir shop. I'd definitely recommend this trip. My only concern would be if the weather isn't as great as we had it or traffic worse - you could end up in the car for a long time and not see much if so but that just means pick your day carefully!!

Wonderful Mount Fuji adventure!! - Danish was a wonderful driver and lovely man, really went above and beyond to show us the beautiful sights around Mount Fuji. He was very accomodating, did his very best to see everything on the itinerary and knew the best spots to see Mount Fuji and surrounds. I highly recommend to ask for Danish if you want to see the best of Mount Fuji. Thank you Danish!

Nothing spectacular - The driver Danish was great, went to Fuji but alas couldn't see much. The observation deck is a let down. Hakone was all rainy so fun. The personal rapport and help which normally is expected of the guide was missed.

Mt. Fuji - fine day, disappointed in guide - Aki our driver/guide was nice and the car was comfortable for our family of 4. The weather was poor and we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji, but at least traffic wasn’t bad. We paid the extra fee to have a “guide”, thinking that we would get extra information about the history of the sites and area. The guide piece was very disappointing, we had to ask questions a lot to get information. Due to the poor weather Aki suggested we go to Hakone, which was great, we enjoyed the cable car ride, eating the black eggs and then going on the boat. One turnoff was the two marijuana air fresheners hanging from the rearview mirror of the van - very unprofessional.
