Excellent service - Our driver was extremely kind and helpful. He helped our younger son navigate the walk up to the snow monkeys and was extremely patient. He let us set the pace and gave us flexibility for how we wanted to schedule the activities throughout the day. He also allowed us to stop as often as we wanted during the travel to and from Nagano. He provided background information and was just wonderful to deal with. We would highly recommend this private tour as it provides flexibility for the family and the service was excellent.

The tour guide is super professional. - The snow monkeys are worth to see. We went in the winter make sure you have good shoes to walk in the snow it can be slippery also make sure you get some delicious apple pie in the bottom of The park. The temples are incredible. The whole experience is worth it.

Great day exploring! - Ash picked us up from our hotel in a very clean and nice van. There was plenty of space for us. We went to see the monkeys, the museum, had lunch in a cute area with a few options and finished at the Zenko Ji Temple. Ash was a very safe driver and friendly.

Valentine’s day tour in Nagano - Everything was a great experience! We loved the food during lunch and our favorite was the unique experience of walking to the pitch-black tunnel underneath the altar of the Zenkoji temple. Highly recommended! Snow Monkey Park was an amazing experience too!

Amazing my Day - Amazing!Amazing!Amazing! We enjoyed a lot Snow Monkey 1.6 KM Walk we enjoyed it more and Monkey took a bath and was friendly. Zenkoji Temple is a Crowded Historical place i love it. Mr. Ahmad is a Good Guide I Recommend him.

Slumming with the snow monkeys - Excellent guiding from both Ahmed and Waheed. Picked up from Hakuba for an hour plus journey to the snow monkeys followed by a tour included sake tasting followed by shopping and sightseeing around zenko ji temple. They were accommodative to bespoke requests and flexible enough to deviate from the trip itinerary. Also muslim visitors.. they can cater to halal approved food.

Great Day - Our guide was knowledgeable and time activities perfectly. We beat the crowds and had the snow monkeys to ourselves. They followed us around. The lunch was delicious. The temple was interesting. Excellent

Stay away from Japan Travel & Tour - Do not book with Japan travel and tour - very disappointing experience. Let’s start with the fact that they did not provide an actual tour. Our driver could speak English and was kind. The compliments end here. The tour operator tried to scam us for ¥40,000 after we booked, none of the entrance fees were covered until after we protested, there was no narration about the sake or the cultural sites. Incredibly disappointing and not what you expect from either the Viator name, the booking title, nor if you have ever taken “a tour”. Our family tried repeatedly to make it right. They told me to “calm down” and then instructed our driver to leave us at the temple, when we refused to pay the additional fees. Truly horrible. If you book with Viator, make sure they don’t subcontract with this group!!
