Great informative tour - We went on this tour today and got picked up from The Radisson. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were provided with water in the car. The temple tour was very interesting. We stopped at a souvenir shop and at a produce market that also sold a few souvenirs. Last we went to the gardens and were provided with a cold drink at the end. None of it felt rushed and we learnt so much. Thank you

Fantastic tour - Our guide was super knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts with us on our tour! We booked this last minute for our last day in Fiji and it was the best way to spend it before heading home

Not worth it. Hire a driver do it yourself. - Upon getting in the car the first question asked was did we know the itinerary. An odd question given he was the guide. It’s my understanding from Richard our driver that our tour was contracted out to another company to do. We were very disappointed with the tour and felt this is a poor reflection of the company. Richard our driver was on time which was great but at no time were we offered any water or refreshments (as stated in the booking info) other than at the sleeping giant botanical garden ( the last stop) and that was part of their tour. Had we known we would have brought plenty of our own water as it was in the high 80s The first stop was at the temple and this was the main reason we booked this tour. Upon arriving we were told it was closed to Visitors. This would have been easily discovered had a phone call been made prior to being picked up as our tour did not start until 1:30 in the afternoon. Very disappointed. The second stop which should’ve been the open air market was actually in the middle of Nadi town where we were dropped off and told when we were done shopping to find him. We spent about an hour in town at the different shops but none of us recalled this being part of original tour. As we drove away from town Richard pointed out the open air market to the right of our vehicle and asked if we made it down that far to see it. We commented that we didn’t even know it was there and he had never advised us to walk down that far… it was my understanding according to the trip that we would be guided through the open air market. We then left that area and went to the sleeping giant botanical gardens where we were again dropped off and we walked around for a bit looking at the beautiful flowers and foliage, we were treated to a glass of fruit juice. After leaving the botanical garden we asked if we could be dropped off at port denarau and Richard obliged. As someone who does wine tours in California I can tell you this was not a guided tour but was a driver who drove us around to a couple of places but didn’t even do the due diligence of finding out if they were open. We did one item that was described in your tour and at no time were we offered to come back on a different day to see if we could fit in the other two items that he clearly left out. I reached out to ashwa with the sales and operations and expressed my sadness and concern over the lack of what the tour was described as. I asked for a partial refund and was never even given the courtesy of an email back with other options such as rebooking for the tour we paid for, poor customer service all the way around.
