Great experience - Philip is an amazing guide. He took us to the most beautiful places around Munnar, plantations, and mountain and took time to explain and show us the wild life and plants as well as our surroundings. He was great company and fun. Would recommend 100%!!

Great trekking experience. - We hired Philip as a guide for a 4-5 hour trek. It was fantastic. We started walking at around 6.30am and enjoyed every minute until 11.30am Philip is a happy, easy going young man who has a wealth of interesting information about the flora, fauna of the area and tea! We walked through tea plantations, up to peaks and down through forests. We stopped for a homemade picnic breakfast (thanks Philip's mum, delicious) on a rocky outcrop with spectacular views. The birdlife and Philip's knowledge was prolific. A great morning out, definitely worth skipping your hotel breakfast for.

Amazing hikes - Philip took us on a couple of hikes around Munnar. He was an amazing guide, showing us loads of plants and other stuff along the way. The views were completely stunning. Would highly recommend if you’re in Munnar!

Highlight of our time in Munnar! - We were initially going for a walk around the tea plantations but they weren’t allowing permits due to a panther sighting, so Philip offered to take us up the Chokramudi mountain. We had the best time climbing and admiring the view while Philip was the best guide we could ask for, he was very patient and flexible with us. He knew so much about the environment, fauna and animals (including a rare goat sighting!) during our way up. We rounded off the trekking with a snack and chai in Munnar, could not have asked for a better way to spend the day and observe the beautiful views - definitely the highlight of our time here!

Perfect hike - A magnificent hike in the heart of the mountains and tea plantations!
Philippe is a guide of choice to discover all these places and the surrounding flora.
Little extra: Philippe knows a lot of local plants. He will be able to show them to you, even in French!!

Best guide in town - Philip is the best guide we could have asked for. He is super friendly, always happy to help and answer our questions, his good energy is contagious. We did the half day trek with waterfall and really enjoyed it. We also had a cooking class with him and his mom and learned a lot + ate a delicious dinner with more than 4 dishes. 100% recommend him.

Trek in the tea plantations - We had a great time without guide Philip. He gives a lot of info about flowers, birds, plants, tea. He is patient and always in a good mood. I strongly recommend him.
