Well done - Well planned and executed trip. Guide Faizan Ahmed was excellent. Bus was neat and clean with power points and beer, coffee etc available. Driver and guide well behaved. Advice to future visitors: on crowded days, as soon as trip bus reaches bus parking start for bridge visit by taking dedicated bus to Neuswanstein. After bridge visit, try having some food outside castle and after castle visit go to lake side before starting return trip

Awesome Bavaria! - The trip was wonderful with great information from tour guide Evi ( not sure of the spelling) and the female driver . Thank you to both . Well organized and on time. Sufficient time in each location that we stopped at. Drinks available for purchase in the bus. Highly recommend the tour. .

So beautiful! - This tour was really great, the only recommendation I would make is to skip the stop to the town where the passion play is performed. I think that hour would be better spent at Neuschwanstein Castle, and also maybe point out a few more lunch possibilities there.

Great tour - Great tour. Our tour guide Amy was great & explained everything perfectly. This tour takes you to a smaller castle, small village (very short stop) & then the main Neuschwanstein castle. It is a long day but worth it. Be aware there is a lot of walking. The bus was very clean & nice. The bus driver Freddy did great. There was plenty of stops & places to use the bathroom & get snacks. Drinks were also for sale on the bus!

As beautiful as you imagined it would be - Although this is a long trip, the time is managed well allowing for free time along with history and scenic views. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging. The bus was comfortable and easy to find.

Excellent tour and comfortable travel bus. - We did the upgrade experience for this tour - the host and driver were fantastic. The bus amenities (comfortability and snack selection) exceeded expectations. The castles themselves were beyond expectations. On the trip back to Munich, we were even treated with beer!

Too long - Good tour, but too long. Way too much time spent looking at extra areas, like towns with the Passion Play. Why! Neuschwanstien Castle was worth the wait to see. But leave Munich at 8:30 am and visit castle at 3:10 pm ?? Then hurry back to Munich. Viator needs to review this tour. Or offer a shorter version.

A nice day, a nice bus, but otherwise disappointing - Tours are not given by the tour guide on your bus, and the additional cost of the entrance tickets has a mark up on it. Other than some fun facts given on the drive up there, you will have an identical experience with less time constraints by organising your own transport and buying your own tour tickets
