An insight into Mumbai, a very interesting and informative tour - Ajay met us at our hotel, and from the moment we left. He was very informative about the Indian culture and the city of Mumbai. We spent some time in the commercial district of Dhavrvi. We visited a number of businesses. It was very interesting. We then went on to walk through the residential areas. I would highly recommend this tour and AJ to anyone visiting Mumbai.

Dharavi “the heart of Mumbai” - AJ was a fantastic tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and made sure that all our questions were answered. He didn’t rush and made us feel extremely safe and welcomed in the Dharavi Slums because of his great relationship with the residents there. He took us through the commercial and residential areas of Dharavi, giving us an inside glimpse at the many small but mighty industries within (recycling, leather, embroidery, textiles, etc.) we were blown away by the hard work and efficiency. It was very clear by the end of the tour why Dharavi is considered “the heart of Mumbai”! Thanks again AJ!!

Excellent Tour of Mumbai's Main Sights and a Walk through the Dharavi Slums - We spent a day on tour with AJ who showed us his city, Mumbai. AJ was energetic and eager to show us as much as time allowed. He could answer all our questions. His English was very good, spelling out names where required. Our first stop was the Dharavi Slums - absolutely amazing and a must see for anyone visiting Mumbai. AJ knew alot of the people and had a good relationship with them. At no time did we feel uncomfortable - everyone was welcoming as they went on their daily routines. What an insight into the Slums - incredible. These people have incredible hardship and living conditions yet they seem content in their community. There are so many businesses operating in the Slums that create income and work for these people. We had a brief look at some of the businesses (baking, soap making, making leather products etc). After the slum tour which was about 3 hours, AJ then showed us the main open air laundry in Mumbai - once again a must see in Mumbai. We also saw Gandhi's residence, the Railway Station, the India Gate and many other beautiful old buildings in Colabra. We visited the wonderful spice markets at the Crawford Market. The spices were highly fragrant indicating just how fresh they were - we stocked up! We walked through the fruit market - the vegetables and fruit were once again so fresh and all in season. We drove north again though peak hour traffic along the Marine Drive - nothing was too much for AJ - a great knowledgeable guide to show you the sights of Mumbai. I can recommend his services highly when you next visit Mumbai.

A superb Mumbai experience - thanks AJay - AJay was the best guide you could hope for, for an English speaking tourist, in Mumbai. He was able to easily communicate, with exceptional enthusiasm. His local knowledge was excellent, and whatever we asked to see he was able to accommodate, but also made many suggestions as to things that might interest us. Our guided walk through Dharavi ( Main Mumbai slums), was a real highlite, with AJay negotiating a most interesting path, and fully explaining the local culture, lifestyle and businesses, and indeed he was well known, and greeted by many of the locals. WHAT A BONUS.

Great Munbai Day tour! - We had a fantastic day tour with AJ! We had a punctual pick up in the morning and started at Dharavi Slum. If you're looking for an in-depth tour of Dharavi this is it, AJ had a lot of friends in the area which made such a difference walking through. He explained clearly the history, the commercial and residential areas. I won't give too much away if you're thinking of booking but definitely worth it! After Dharavi we went to the Laundry ghats and got to see the masses of laundry being done. Incredible to see and once again great information from AJ. Next up was the Ghandi museum where we had some time to visit and explore. We then went to the India Gate and Taj Hotel before finishing up Crawford Market where AJ showed us to all the best places. The entire day was well organised, good mix of driving and walking. AJ was very friendly, knowledgeable and made jokes with us which we as Australians appreciate the humour! We saw a wide mix and we are really happy with our day tour of Mumbai. Highly recommend booking with AJ if you are visiting! I've already recommended to friends and I don't do that unless I'm really happy 😁

The best city guide in Mumbai, AJ! - I was traveling with AJ for the second time in Mumbai. The first time in the Dharavi Slums and this time an individual tour. AJ does his job with heart and planned everything very seriously and neatly. I can only recommend him. You feel safe and get exactly what you want. Next time immediately again with AJ.
