Highly Recommend Coco Rider - This scooter was so much fun. It’s such a cool way to see the island. The fact the scooter was electric made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Johan met me at the ferry terminal delivering the scooter. He took the time to explain everything and I was on my way. The weather wasn’t the best on the day, although it didn’t deter me from getting around the island. I soaked up everything I could in terms of the scenery, villages, the people I met along the way. I loved the freedom of stopping off when I wanted too. There is plenty to see along the way, a large proportion of it along the coast and water. The beaches are beautiful. I really enjoyed this and would definitely do it again. If you are thinking of booking an activity, I’d highly recommend booking the coco tours with Johan. It was an amazing experience feeling so free to enjoy the quiet as you toured the island. Thank you for such a fun experience!

Coco Riders are so much FUN! - We rented a home on the hill and had 2 Coco Riders delivered so we could tour the island and get to dinner and activities. First off all, What a fun experience! These were easy to operate and so much fun to dive! They top out at 35mph but was fast enough for us! Johan was super nice and easy to work with and accommodated our crazy schedule while on the island. He delivered the scooters and picked them up when we were done and he offered to change the battery if needed for a multi-day rental or if you drive the a lot. They drive for 80 miles and the island is 60 mile around, so perfect for a trip around the island if you wish. (We did not go all the way around). We would highly recommend renting the Coco Riders, you will have so much fun!

COCO RIDER AT THE TOP 100% RECOMMEND - WE RECOMMEND THIS MEANS OF TRANSPORT, FRANKLY TOP, SOFT, SILENT, VERY PLEASANT. WE LOVED THIS EXPERIENCE. WE RENTED FOR TWO DAYS AND TOOK ALL OUR TIME TO VISIT MOOREA ALONE WITH LOTS OF STOPS WHENEVER WE WANTED. THE OWNERS OF THIS MEANS OF TRANSPORT ARE TOP, DELIVERY AND COLLECTION IN FRONT OF OUR ACCOMMODATION.

Excellent experience - Tour Moorea in complete freedom without a guide imposing stops on you (there is only one route anyway). Coco rider is just a super fun means of transportation, electric so noiseless, very easy to handle...it's even addictive. In addition, top-notch service from Johan, very helpful, attentive and kind...go there with your eyes closed...

Wonderful!! - Hands down an amazing service and mode of transportation! The rider felt safe, stable, efficient, allowing me to move around Moorea while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Moorea has dedicated bike lanes and you can use your rider there. Traffic is very light and cars are very respectful. I always felt safe. Julien is fantastic. Always available, accommodating, thoughtful and ready to answer any questions. I will go back in August and will rent the rider again. It was too much fun!

Scootering Moorera - We had a great time touring the island. We stopped along the way for nice photos and shopping. Had a nice lunch at MBC, great pizza on the beach. Plenty of energy left over at the end of trip.

Around Moorea - We rented the ebikes while visiting Moorea as a port of call during our cruise. The pickup and drop off at the pier were well organized. The ebikes were ready for us. We rode the bikes around the island, which took us about 5 hours with multiple stops. Overall, a very good experience.

Paradise - Beautiful ride along the island, needed a detailed map for stops along the way, but we winged it. (Don't schedule anything on a Sunday everything is closed.) It started to rain but was still a great ride in the rain.

Not Solo Traveler Friendly - I booked and paid online for a single coco-rider with pick-up at the Terevau boat dock on Moorea. Right before getting on the ferry from Papeete the next morning I noticed and email from them saying they were cancelling the booking because it wasn’t worth dropping off a coco rider at the dock for one person.
Nowhere on their website did it state that they don’t do drop offs for singles.
If you’re hoping to rent from them and are only one person, call in advance and be prepared to be told no.
