Excellent views and info - Great trip with a great guide and scenery. We walked through a forest with rivers and gorgeous trees, visited a delightful mountain village and learnt heaps about Montreal

I had a good experienced... - I had a good experienced at Montreal.We don’t have a drive license in Canada,so I used this site. The bus came to on time and safe road trip,bus driver and tour conductor were so kind and friendly.of course,Laurrntian Mountain was so beautiful,even though not good weather.I would like to use this site again.thank you so much

A Wonderful Trip to Laurentian Mountain - Our guide Richard is so great. He makes the trip a wonderful, and informative one. The views along the way are all so great. The Page Bakery in Saint Saveur Village serves delicious bread and pastries wherein we make a bathroom stop. Our driver makes the journey home a restful one with relaxing music and drive each one of us back to our hotel.

Great day in the country! - A wonderful trip out to the countryside to see the fall color. Richard was a great guide and livened up the trip with his commentary and insights. The scenery was gorgeous and the visit to Mont Tremblant was stunning. We especially appreciated the stops by the lakes. Highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Richard

Guide is excellent! - The Guide (Driver) is excellent! He gave us many stories and I really understand well. The weather was good. and this day was one of the best days for enjoying autumn!

Lovely relaxing day in the mountains - It was a little bit of nature, a little bit of cute mountain village restauranting and walking around shopping. Opportunities to do a gondola ride and a luge (go cart during warm weather on a luge track). Or take a quick hike. Not a ton of time for a lot of intense hiking though for sure. Was an enjoyable day and we were blessed with absolutely gorgeous weather. The pickup at the hotel was 20 minutes later than they assigned us, and the bus seats were cramped for people with longer legs, or any adult honestly. I disliked the bus ride, it was also quite bumpy, every bump was felt. We enjoyed the day, the driver was very calming and safe and generally quite pleasant.

Mont Tremblant without a rental car - It was great being able to go to Mont Tremblant without having to rent a car. We were given 3 hours free time at Tremblant…not nearly enough time. This tour made 3 stops before getting to Mont Tremblant. One stop would have been a better allocation of time…at least for me.

Tour failed to pick us up at the designated meeting place. - We received an email with very specific instructions on time and place to meet. We waited for the bus to arrive and it did not arrive. We called the phone number and the person said we should have been at another location and the tour had just left. The email was clear where to meet but the company said we should have known it was leaving from a different location. We were very disappointed to miss this tour. It would be nice if they simply picked us up where they told us to meet they.

Oh, dear... - I don't think I've ever reviewed anything as one star in my life. I hope I'm not just writing this to be petty, but rather to give the tour company an opportunity to improve and/or to save at least one other traveler some money. I booked this tour a few weeks before visiting Montreal. I requested pick up from my hotel and expected that they would confirm sometime before the day of the tour. A separate tour with a different company only reached out to confirm the afternoon before that experience, so I assumed the same might happen with this one. When I hadn't heard from them as it was getting close to the end of business hours on the afternoon before, I tried calling them. No one answered. On the morning of the tour, I called a few minutes before it was scheduled to start; then again when the time for the tour arrived, but no one had showed up to pick me up. No answer. I tried dialing the extension provided in the company's voice recording to speak with the site manager. It just redirected me back to the main menu. There was no option to leave a voicemail. I waited about half an hour longer, then decided to just find other amusements to fill the day. I'm now back home from Montreal, and I have still received no communication at all from this company.
