Great tour for first time visitors - The tour was an excellent way to get an overview of the island and learn about the culture of the Cape Verde islands. Our tour guide, Sonya, was knowledgeable about the wide variety of places we visited on the tour. She helped me to better understand the people and places we visited.

Good day - It was a great day with a good group. Because we were able to design our own group of friends.
Our driver and guide were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Even though most of the sites were repeat visits for me. I enjoyed the day.

Great intro to Sao Vincente, Cape Verde - Sonya did a very nice job of introducing a random group of about 20 cruise passengers to the history and sites of Mindelo, Cape Verde. We got to see all of the major sites on the island within the 4 hours that we had available to tour. We were all impressed with the cleanliness of Sao Vincente. Clearly the residents take pride in their island. The mercado was amazing. I wish I could shop there regularly. The museum was closing for siesta as we arrived but they let us all come in for a quick look. We knew vey little about Cape Verde Islands before our visit, but feel we got an excellent introduction to the history and sites of the area.

Professional, passionate and enthusiastic!! - In the end I have even booked 4 tours in São Vicente with Green Line Tours :
Beaches, Villages and Monte Verde, 4x4 Desert Land Safari tour, Sunset Hike and 12 Voltas - A Hidden Wonder of Nature. Angela is a real pro, getting all the administrative stuff in order in a quick and efficient way. Paulo and his team make all tours to a huge success, with great insights on the island, they are passionate story tellers. They take care that you have the best time of your life, for ex. it is always possible to make some extra photo stops. I definitely recommend Green Line tours !

Good Look at Cape Verde - Lovely town and we enjoyed the tour. Got to see all the places as advertised and shop at the local market even though it was a Sunday.
Our guide was born in Cape Verde, grew up in the United States and returned so he had an interesting perspective on life in Cape Verde. The transportation was fine.

Insight into Santa Cruz de Tenerife - We enjoyed the top of Monte Verde, the African Market in town and the fishing village.
Our guide, Jaime, told us much history and information about the island, but he had lived in the U.S. for a while which gave him insight into the many challenges he feels his country is facing which made the tour even more interesting and personable.

Great tour in Mindelo - Our 1/2 Day Tour was excellent. Rui was a knowledgeable Guide and very considerate to his passengers. From the immaculate city center and harbor, to Monte Verde with its spectacular views, and down to the holiday/fishing village of Salamansa, we had a wonderful time.

Four hours of fun - We packed a lot in to the four hours. The road to the top of Monte Verde is tricky but we had a very good driver. We were also blessed with an excellent guide who clearly loved to share her island with us.
