A must visit when in Tokyo - Worth the trip, an icon of the city. Good value. We suggest you try to do this at night. Great view and the tower really pops at night with all the lights.

Stunning views - Easy to enter with QR code. Line was only like 10 min. We went at night since tower looks better and the views are stunning.

Great experience - Great views of Tokyo, really gives you a sense of the city. Easy in and out with the pre-paid ticket. The glass floor windows on level 1 of the main deck were awesome!

Must Do Whilst in Tokyo - This is akin to NYC and going up the Empire State Building, a classic must do. The tower is impressive, and the sights spectacular. The one thing to time is weather. We had a clear warm day, and we could clearly see Mount Fuji in the distance. I was also amazed at the size of Tokyo! You see city as far as the eye can see in most directions, truly impressive. I actually prefer this trip than going to the newer tower in Tokyo. The latter, although newer and modern, lacks the charm and architectural beauty of the Tower. Kind of like the Empire State building.

Great tour and provider! - We saw the weather was going to be good the next day so we booked this tour of the Tokyo Tower. There were other booking options in Tokyo but they all required us to pick an arrival time which we preferred not to do. Once again our experience with Viator didn't disappoint! The operator was quick to confirm our booking. We received e-tickets the following morning and had no issues gaining entrance to the Tower when we arrived at our own pace. We highly recommend this tour option!

Sky Tower - Fun to visit. Short time needed for tour; it didn’t take very long to look around. Decent walk however from local transportation, so wear good walking shoes.

Main Deck Only - This ticket is only for the main observation deck. It's 1800 yen to go to the top deck. No fault of trip advisor, that's just how it's set up there. Enjoy!!

Beautiful views of the city, fun at night - We enjoyed the Tokyo Tower at night. It was around Halloween and fun for children to come dressed in costume. The tower was decorated for the season and there was a fun Halloween light show too, which was a nice surprise. Beautiful views of the city. Very crowded with tourists- would recommend booking in advance.

never been able to use the tickets - When I went to the Tokyo Tower they sent me to the line to check in, the check in person said to wait in line at the elevator. After waiting there for 15 minute they said that I need a barcode ticket so they sent me back to the ticketing counter where they were calling all the supervisors and looking at me like I was trying to steal something from them. In the end after 30 minutes I decided to buy new tickets from them. So long story short I never used this tickets because I wasn't able and didn't want to spend my entire day at the Tokyo tower ticketing center.

Very disappointing! - We were not sent our voucher/e-ticket. We had to buy new tickets. Too much hassle! I cannot recommend snd refer Viator to my friends.
