A Must See in Queenstown - Brandon was our tour guide/bus operator on this trip and we really lucked out because he was fabulous! He spent the entire drive up providing us with commentary about the surrounding area and the local sights (so much so that the commentary on the actual boat ride was made redundant). He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and courteous. He even helped us arrange an additional trip the next day to the local glow worm caves and made sure that we were picked up and dropped off, despite not being our bus operator for that trip. I'd be remiss not to mention Ian, who was also helpful but not nearly as much :)

the Milford Sinbad - This was a fantastic trip! My partner and I enjoyed our cruise with RealNZ. We looked around and a lot of the companies offer shorter cruising times, but our Sinbad deluxe cruise we picked because we got 2.5hrs. Great value for money and a lovely bit about conservation in there to! Our nature guide was terrific, very informative. I would recommend and do it again if I'm ever back down this way. The skippers personal safety talk was also a nice touch

Best Cruise in Fiordland! - Honestly one of the best cruises ive ever been on! The views remind me of Patagonia but what really made it was the amazing service onboard by the phenomenal team! Shout out to Sean and his amazing commentary! We learned so much about the wilds of Fiordland and will definitely come back again with friends and family one day!

Super new offer in the luxury segment on the Milford Sound - Wonderful exclusive trip on the Milford Fiord with excellent service and tour guide and a great captain. Just the welcome on the boat and the hand-written guest card were amazing. There were only 8 of us on the 30m boat in the best weather!!! The trip was amazing and worth every NZ dollar.

Absolutely exceptional service, value, and magic - This cruise and the entire staff were magic. Jordan and Ping in the dining area were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and plentiful. Pours were generous. It was astonishing how few passengers were on board – we were able to speak one on one with every staff member. There were adorable easel blackboards with our names on them when we walked in indicating which table would dine at. Otherwise, we had full run of the ship and it could explore the upper deck at whatever angle we would like to get optimal photos and views of the fjord. We were able to get very close to the waterfalls due to the small size of our vessel. The nature tour guide was wonderful. The scientific information was valuable and fascinating. The captain was lovely as well. Obviously, Milford sound is exceptionally gorgeous but I honestly feel that we went with the best possible cruise. I encourage you not to hesitate and book right away.

Customer service in RealNZ don’t care - Customer service had no empathy as we showed up on the wrong date and was unable to help us. $390 gone. We are thankful to the lady who was doing the check in at the bus stop as she tried to help us by getting our dates changed. I later contacted customer service to change the date to the next day as I saw there was tickets available as it was just a minor mistake on our end but they declined. How unfortunate that we came to Queenstown to celebrate our anniversary at Milford Sound and ended up not going.
