Just do it - Super fun trip, the guides were helpful and friendly. The bus ride was fun with the stops along the way. I'm glad we didn't drive!!! Everything on time, boat was a good size, not to big so it wasn't crowded with too many patrons jammed in. Lovely Milford Sound did not disappoint - stunning. Would highly recommend.

Small boat personal service - We loved the small boat that was able to get close to the waterfalls. We were happy that the narration was in person from the captain and only in English. The crew was very helpful and friendly.

Fabulous small boat cruise - Fabulous small boat cruise. So nice to experience the beauty of the sound on a small boat, away from the big tour groups, and get up close to nature. The staff were great and the whole experience was amazing.

I thought it was NZD, but it turned out to be USD and I lost a lot of money. Please write the currency clearly. - The price on the English site was $89, which was significantly cheaper than other companies and JCB was accepted, so I went ahead with the reservation, but JCB was not accepted no matter how many times I tried, and MasterCard was rejected by Rakuten, so I finally paid with AEON card. I thought it was cheap, but the price was much higher than other companies in NZD when I paid in USD. I never want to use such a company again. As for the cruise, there are two departures, at 11:00 and 13:30. To take the 11:00 flight, you need to stay at Milford Sound or drive to the site by yourself. On the day, we left Te Anau before 8:00, and on the morning drive, you can see the sea of clouds to the side, or stop the car at a scenic spot and be overwhelmed by the towering rock faces carved by glaciers. On the cruise, you will be overwhelmed by the steep mountains of 1500m that rise from the sea. On the way, you will pass rocks near a sea lion habitat, but it depends on your luck whether you can see sea lions. I was disappointed that I couldn't see any sea lions that day, but I was lucky enough to see a group of dolphins swimming around the ship. It was a breathtaking two hours. When we returned to the port from the morning cruise, the pier was crowded with people who had come by tour bus. If you want to enjoy a leisurely cruise, I recommend the 11:00 departure or the overnight cruise.

An Enjoyable Excursion at Milford Sound - We enjoyed being on a smaller boat with fewer people. The captain was very adept at getting the boat very close to the sheer cliffs and waterfalls. Although his description of the area was and seemed informative, the sound system on the boat made it difficult to understand what he was saying, at times.

Very small cruise - The cruise was too small, and not worth it. better to buy tickets on arrival.(cheaper than online). I made a booking from booking.com, and nothing was mentioned there that the cruise was not a cruise it was a kind of boat, and no food or drinkings .
