This place was great! The bike was well tuned and rode like a dream. Pick up and drop off was simple. I had a puncture on my second day and they immediately swapped out the front wheel for a new one and I was back on the bike and riding again in less than 5 minutes. If I ever come back to Miami, I will for sure rent another bike from these guys! Would highly recommend.

Service was great, although I was not necessarily a fan of the bike. As a heavier rider, I’m not a fan of riding @ 70psi and it appeared that was the only option they had provided since they ran tubeless. Worthy to note the bike you are renting does not have rim brakes but rather rim, which understandably so is based on preference but I am not a fan. If you rent the road pedals, you will not get your standard shimano set but instead some generic brand which was not the best of quality. The bike ran well, but the pedals made me feel unsteady. 2 stars that will surely be accredited to their great service, the bike itself was not to my liking.Would recommend asking for something more modern and demand that they give you quality pedals rather than something off brand and wonky. You are paying for the pedal rental, get your moneys worth.
