Great experience - I enjoyed this a lot with my family and friends. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City. Watching the sunrise is not something to miss !

Sunrise ride - It was really nice experiencee we saw the pyramids got prosecco and certificate at the end and the sunrise was insanely beautiful.

Worth the early wake up - I had a great time. Our pilot Alan gave us a great tour and explained all the sights. It felt super safe and it was definitely worth the very early wake up.

Not as great as anticipated - Well, the trip overall was not bad. I loved the experience, but there were a few things that made it just bad. The communication with the organizers at the very beginning was almost non existent, we had to wait over 40 minutes for the transport. Which I understand things happens, it would be nice if someone contacted us to at least update us on it, or answer the phone. The spacing in the bus was terrible, there was no chance a normal sized adult could fit legs there, even sitting diagonally. Also, the safety of the transportation was in my opinion questionable. After arriving at the destination, the employees were rude. And you couldn’t really communicate with them in English despite the fact that the trip was booked in English. However, the views were breathtaking, the flight was worth the time and all previous issues. The captain of the balloon was very nice man, speaking great English and making the flight pleasant. Great for a first time balloon flight. However, next time I would try to get with a smaller group because 4/5 people in one segment of the gondola was crazy.
