Wonder creates memories... and well-being - As their slogan says, wonder creates memories and I think I was amazed by this experience of well-being. If they hadn't given it to me, perhaps I wouldn't have come on my own initiative. I thank the opportunity and I really believe that I will return and it will be an opportunity to give a welcome gift to people

Beautiful experience - Very beautiful period building, well-kept, clean and with a green outdoor space with thermal baths and loungers for relaxation, the structure offers various wellness programs and, although it is very busy on weekends, I still found every experience very pleasant, three floors with every type of tub, sauna, Turkish bath, wellness and relaxation area. The aperitif is partly buffet-style and partly at the table, a good offer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, pizzas, fried sandwiches, cured meats... For me it passed with flying colors.

Excellent facility, definitely coming back! - I stayed in this establishment on the occasion of Women's Day. I thought the turnout would be high but we managed to enjoy the center in complete tranquility. We tried all the rooms, one more beautiful and relaxing than the other, with music, lights and exquisite scents. We then had the aperitif buffet, which was delicious. Different foods and drinks. If you want to spend a relaxing day I highly recommend it, I would never go out again!!!!!!

Nice relaxing day - Day with friends during the week. Clean and welcoming spaces, friendly and helpful staff, all very pleasant, without particular crowding. Abundant lunch (delicious desserts) and equally welcome aperitif.

Not what I expected... - Disappointed by the expectations I had for the centre, given and considering the prices and quality it should have had.. As soon as we arrive, they give us the keys to the locker, and I immediately find a pair of used underwear inside. No explanation from users on the routes and access to the wellness center considering the size of the structure. Place too crowded to be a relaxation centre. Tufts of hair in the various tubs, including those for cleaning the feet. Large buffet but not equipped with plates to place the food on, we had to use handkerchiefs. Lack of soothing lotion in all foot tubs. In short, few precautions for a center that is considered "luxury".

Sardines in hot water. - Changing room: six people concentrated in a corner for the lockers at the entrance. Return to leave same scene with different people, the rest of the locker room empty. Brief investigation and it turns out that they always do this.

Slow degradation, little maintenance - Too many relaxation rooms with music not working, in January it was perfect, February and March all in silence. Some bathrooms with broken locks need better maintenance. The buffet is always excellent

BAD - I wanted to spend a nice afternoon with my daughter but instead we practically ran away! Except only the relaxing massage. The changing room is very dirty, full of hair, I confirm that the bathroom door is still broken. In the tanks the water was cloudy and full of "suspended matter". I had the feeling of being in a Dante's circle. I don't remember an aperitif where I really wanted to leave like this one! In line to enter, treated as if we were at the worst reception canteen... tray with 4 olives, parmesan, salami and pieces of apple. Sandwiches and pizzas ended up in the baskets, fried sage and other baskets of fried foods (the containers were empty, I don't know what was in them!). Dirty tables. But above all, there were really too many people crowded together! A nightmare of an aperitif, terrible. Absolutely too many people, just relax. Having spent 316 euros for two, the expectations were high, it's a real shame, I won't recommend it to anyone, on the contrary.

Too bad because it WAS a lovely place - From the opening to today a slow decline. Relaxation equal to zero, water in the hydromassage pools with strange foam that makes your eyes burn, in the changing rooms only one bathroom with a toilet with a broken door (this was mentioned to the cleaning lady who explained that to close it you just have to push the door with your shoulder), dirt and hair everywhere, ridiculous aperitif for 2 people consisting of 4 jars with 4 olives inside, 4 mini pieces of salami, 4 mini pieces of cheese, and a few slices of apple with peel), no type of maintenance from opening to today , times for everything so relaxation goes out the window at 12 for lunch and you have 40 minutes available, while for the aperitif you only have 30 minutes available and they tell you where to sit because it is based on the time. Operation Birthday a hoax. Price for what it offers SHAMEFUL. I could continue with many other things... Final result we will never go back again (shame because it was a lovely place to escape from reality for a day and relax)

Level dropped a lot - Very low level. The aperitif which technically should be healthy has become for 2 people: a tray with four jars, with clearly packaged salami inside, four pieces of apple, four pieces of cheese and four olives. The worst thing is the rudeness of the staff at the bistro: bad manners, grumpy, not even a smile, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor. If you work in contact with the public you have to smile even if you are tired, like everyone else who works. The level has dropped a lot.
