Melbourne sports is more than the AO - We are a family of four and wanted basically to see the grounds of the Australian Open. But Ben delivered such an impressive and entertaining tour to the whole of Melbourne’s sports grounds that we could not let go. If you are interested in sports, this is a perfect tour to do.

Melbourne sports & tennis hit - What can I say ? Well for a start you need to go on this tour if you are in Melbourne for any reason . Ben is the most knowledgeable person you will meet his knowledge of all sports & the Melbourne area just makes you want to listen, he delivery the stories & his knowledge in the most engaging way , if by any chance you have any questions which isn’t easy because of Ben’s coverage on this tour you get everything answered. We chose this tour because I’m a tennis fan first & foremost, really wanted to have a hit on the court at Melbourne which is something which will live long in my memory. Ben gives a brilliant insite to stories from past & recent years of the Australian Open which I never would have known which is brilliant. Aside from this the visit to the G as the locals know it is another reason, I could go on , but will end it there I highly recommend this tour if you like any sports , especially the sports played in & around the Melbourne sports arenas . Much appreciated thank you Ben

A very fulfilling half-day tour of the Australian Open, highly recommended by tennis fans! - Very interesting experience, it is a blessing for tennis fans. The guide Ben is a senior sports practitioner. He took us to explain the history of Melbourne (from the perspective of tennis and sports), the history and venue facilities of the Australian Open, and other sports in Melbourne. Tennis is the focus of the itinerary. I learned interesting knowledge during the visit to Melbourne Park, such as the Australian Open is the largest of the four Grand Slams, and AO was almost turned into Singapore tennis. After the venue explanation, I played a ball for a while in the practice field. I felt the speed of the Australian Open. The rhythm was very comfortable and I felt that the speed was moderate. I usually only watch tennis, but other sports in Australia are also very interesting, such as the super large venue of Australian rugby, which is very shocking. I like the Australian idea of sharing sports facilities. Everyone has the right to use the facilities instead of professional athletes. There is a huge gap between us and Australia in this regard. Ben's explanation is easy to understand, as long as you can speak English, you can participate. I plan to bring my daughter to participate in AO next year. Ben said that the Australian Open is very friendly to children.

Memorable tour thru Melbourne sports history - Memorable walk through Melbourne sports history and culture through the grounds of the Australian Open, Melbourne Cricket Ground and Collingwood AFL practice field. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with our very knowledgeable and experienced guide Ben, who left no question unanswered and we all left with a deeper appreciation for the evolution of sport in Australia, the incredible achievements of Aussie sports figures, and the intersection of sports with local politics/culture. We even had the chance to hit some balls on the AO practice courts!! Highly recommend.

Game, Set, Match MELBOURNE! - The tour was fantastic. Ben our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, easygoing & happy to answer any questions from our group. Whilst we primarily took the tour for the tennis component, we loved learning about the other sporting venues. Being American we learnt quite a bit about cricket and found it interesting and informative. This tour is highly recommended, it clearly shows that Melbourne is the sporting and cultural capital of Australia because the venues not only highlight the popularity of sport in this amazing city but the diversity that comes with it.
