Definitely one to recommend - We had a fabulous day out with Abdulaziz and Abdul our driver. The trip gave us much more than we expected. Starting with clear communication around local pickup in a lovely comfortable minibus through to the visits we made. Abdulaziz is passionate and knowledgeable about the local area and is able to explain how history has affected language and writing and why Berber people are living in the High Atlas Mountains. The desert stop was just right, enough time to have a short camel ride and photograph the scenery. Moving into the mountains we had a lovely local lunch and a trek to the waterfalls. Probably the highlight of the day but it would be hard to choose. Definitely recommend this trip.

Great Day Trip - Overall this trip was brilliant. First we stopped to do a camel ride, most of us were against this at first, but the camels (dromedaries) were well looked after and seemed very happy so we decided to go ahead a do it. They dressed us up in local Berber outfits and we went for a 20 minute ride. The guide took some amazing photos and videos to capture a memorable moment. We then went into the mountains and had amazing traditional lunch at the guides Grandmothers house. Lastly we went to the waterfall which was about 1 hour round trip. It was good exercise, but the waterfall wasn’t the greatest.

40th birthday with Friends - Great to experience the culture and history of Marrakesh. We hiked up the Atlas Mountains to reach breath taking views of the waterfalls. Our tour guide Ibrahim was great. He lives in the mountains with his family. We had lunch at his family home with a delicious meal catered for vege and non vege cooked by his mum. Also included was afternoon tea and a camel ride. It’s a great one day tour to experience the culture of Marrakesh.

Best day in Morocco - Everything was carefully planned from start to finish. Mustafa was not only a wonderful, warm and friendly person, but also a great guide. During the trip, he gave us a lot of interesting facts about his land. He made us welcome at his home with a delicious meal. We couldn't get any better. The tour itself was great as well. A ride with a view of the mountains or deserts, hiking through the valley of waterfalls and camel ride (which we gave up, but those who participated came back very pleased) are undoubtedly attractions that we will remember for a long time. It was without a doubt one of our best if not the best day in Morocco. We highly recommend it.

Amazing experience in Morocco! A must do adventure. - This was our favorite activity while visiting Marrakech, Morocco. It was a long full day, but full of adventure, excitement and a lot of walking. The pickup at our Riad was right on time and then a drive to collect a few other hotel guests. We were all then treated to a delicious freshly squeezed cup of OJ from Jemaa el-Fna square. Our first stop after we drove out of the city was the camel ride. We were dressed in traditional clothing with cloth turbans and off we went on the camels for about 30 minutes. It was actually a very nice experience able to hold on well and not feel like you might fall off. Many opportunities for good photos and videos and the guides took many photos as well. After returning mint tea was served with sugar type cookies for those who wanted. Our next stop was after driving towards the Atlas mountains we would stop at several overlooks for view and commentary on the many Berber communities. We had an optional stop for a quick bite to eat and an explanation on Argan oil products. We continued driving until we stopped at the huge Berber community market opened only one day a week (we were lucky) where we experienced a real thriving market. We continued driving higher in elevation where we stopped and hiked to a Berber community to a home where we sat around a long table on padded seats where we mint tea was offered again and then we had a delicious lunch of chicken tagine with vegtables, couscous, other sides and fresh fruits. What a delicious and authentic meal- our favorite! We hiked back to our van and then drove to a certain point where we all hiked to a beautiful waterfall. I must say that the hike was demanding and took an hour +, but we all made it. At the waterfall, we had another round of cold freshly squeezed OJ waiting for us before we hiked back down to our van. Because we took extra time to do some unique things, we did not end up visiting the lake, however we were all so content with the experience we did not mind. Our driver was very excellent and our tour guide was so knowledgeable and kind. We learned so much about the Berber culture from him- the lunch was made at his home by his mother! I highly recommend this tour and hope you enjoy it as much as our family did!

The best adventure in Morocco - Very good guys! The camels are very friendly and funny! It’s fun to ride on them and after the ride we felt fine! Whenever you want a picture, the tour guide will take a picture in the best quality, you’ll never delete the photos! The camels don’t stink after all...after the ride it also contains a wonderful, traditional cup of mint tea and biscuits! Next you ride to the atlas mountains and the nature is beautiful... most of all its planned very good! Excellent job with the plan... Wonderful cliffs to see and very healthy to walk up the mountains. You’ll forget all the computers, phones, ipads, etc. You’ll see all the beauty of the mountains. But make sure you wear waterproof jackets because the waterfalls might splash you a little bit. A very great job to the tour guide and the car driver Badr. Both very kind, friendly men. Whenever you want to take a look into a market or something, they will definitely let you. On the way to the mountains, they will let you buy some souvenirs. So they’re both wonderful and the lake is brilliant! When you see the lake, you realize how amazing the nature looks. It also contains clean, fresh air. A wonderful adventure for a tourist! You’ll know how the berber live! At the end you are so tired. But no worries, you’ll be treated with a wonderful lunch. At first they give you mint tea then a special, traditional pot which is huge! It’s so yummy that you can eat the pot with pleasure! Inside of the pot is very fresh. It has vegs and meat inside and it’s very juicy too! They give you traditional bread to dip in the juice that comes from the meat and vegs. Very yummy! After that you’re full and happy! All you want is to have the same adventure again...Enjoy!!!

Not as advertised - The tour says Ourika, Oukaimeden and Aroumd, but we went to none of these places. Instead we stopped at a random place in the desert for a photo, then stopped for a camel ride (I was not interested in this at all, I wanted to see the mountains) before going through Imlil (lovely, but not as advertised). The lunch provided was excellent, but at this point it's 3pm after a 9am start and we haven't walked any trails. We finally do a little walking, very nice and not strenuous at all, however, some members of the group were not at all equipped (overweight and wearing flip flops) so they needed helping step by step, so the walk took twice as long as it should have. The tour should at least encourage sensible footwear. The 'guide' also did very little guiding, barely spoke or gave context to what we were seeing. I could tell he was doing a lot to help his community in Imlil but the tour description is entirely deceptive. We arrived back in Marrakech about 3 hours later than expected.
