Pictureques towns and banana plantation - Juventino, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We visited a banana plantation, the picturesque towns of Cihuatlan, Melaque and Barra de Navidad. Ending with a boat ride to Isla de Navidad for a delicious lobster lunch.

A wonderful and informative tour - The tour was very interesting. We visited the banana plantation and learned a lot about the varieties and the process of growing and maintaining the trees. We also learned about coconuts and their many uses. Our tour guide More was very knowledgeable and made our experience very interesting. I would recommend this tour to others looking for excursions in Manzanillo and surrounding areas.

Not so good! - Unable to contact tour operator, problem with his email. Called Viator 4 times to get information and they couldn’t get him! 35C and no AC…unbearable, especially because it was a driving tour, even the plantation was a short drive through a small section of flooded out area. Stopped at Navadad(small town north of Mazanillo) walked maybe one block to restaurant for lunch(not included, it seemed like an tourist menu). Could not recommend even considering the price and lack of tours in the area. The lack of AC was the worst!

Disappointed - I booked thru ttip advisor. Got a confirmation email. I was at the designated pick up spot 15 minutes early. Waited an hour. No one came to pick me up. I contacted the tour operator and 3rd party booking site, no reply. I am sad I didn't get to go, but the customer serive is horrible!!!!
